Ed and Dakgu continued making their way back and by the time they reached Sanctuary, most of the night had been spent. Dakgu had been sleeping along the way so this was not a big deal to him but Ed felt a little restless.
'I should get something to eat' He was feeling a little peckish after the continuous hours of labor and travel.
"Hehehe! Ed! Ed!" One of the orcs keeping watch atop Sanctuary's wall exclaimed watching their approach.
"Nice to see you too, Lug!" Ed shouted back.
"How was your trip Ed?" Lug's guard partner asked.
"It was fruitful, thanks for asking Grum! Mind opening the door?" Ed's reply was followed with swift action. The hefty sanctuary gates opened.
'A little too fruitful… Maybe I have a godly ability to be the ultimate workhorse.' Ed mused as he and Dakgu entered past the Sanctuary gates.
