Sandel fished, telling Avalon, Damien Liz, and Luke of her fighting the five angels as they plane their next attack on the dons of the mafia.
Sandel wrapped around Avalon... she felt there bound to grow and the trust, compassion, Avalon smiled as she held her, Avalon looked at Damein and told him,
"If he's going to talk with Lenn and Ceth next to talk with Blake, then we must have their left side is,"
Avalon felt Sandel fade into her Avalon turned to them her eyes shingin with resolve even with her body still yelling out in pain she rally against it, Luke who was still asleep sterred at Avalon talking to Damien as Liz stared at Avalon in awe a bit until she hears Damien chuckle nodding,
"Straight to the point, Avalon, but you forgot what you had just done,"
Damien stated as he saw her standing still not willing to rest when he sees her struggle to stay up, Damien walked to her having his arm in a sling his shoulder burring but what he cared for was his lovers best friend, he walked to Avalon placing a hand on her arm moving her to the bed setting her down,
"That can wait until we fix headquarters as you heal,"
Damien said, setting her down and sitting beside her as he saw Avalon stare at him mopy. she turned her gaze to the window, seeing that the moon shined through it halfway when Liz got us walking to them. She stared at Avalon and said,
"Avalon, he's right. You need time after fighting one of the angels and their savings, Marcello, even if he's in comatose,"
Liz let her see the time on her tablet as they red it was three at night, Avalons eyes widened slightly at the time as she truned to Damien and said,
"It took that long to know her past?"
"Yes, i didn't want to stop you and Sandel, it's important to the both of ya,"
Damien said he held back a yawn as he pats Avalons leg getting up. He looked at Luke, shaking his head, and said,
"I'll come back later for him, Avalon for now, he's fine to rest in here?"
More of a question then a demand he waited for Avalon to say something Avaon looked to where Luke was sleeping the chair in a uncomfortable position his butt on the ground as his back leaned on the chair with his head back. Avalon looked back at Damien, a bit worried,
"He's going to be feeling that when he wakes up, isn't he?"
Avalon said as she went to lay back down with Damien and Liz watching her in case she fell, Avalon laid on the bed, looking at them, feeling her body ache from rest. For some sort of peace for her to rise in, Avalon tried to stay awake, saying,
"Sandel... if there anything you can tell them about any hidden information that you haven't told them before, or have something new now, tell Liz and Damein... I dont think i can stay up any longer,"
Sandel appeared over Avalon's heart trying to tell her something when Sandel moved up the bed talking to her as she saw black having them fade away, Sandel, Damien and Liz talked helping one and other with the little aknolloage they have, leaving the room letting the two float on a black sea full of dreams,
"You two need rest as well. For me, it's nothing but you two," Sandel said as she sat on Damien's shoulder, trying not to burn him,
Damien glanced at Sandel as he walked with Liz down to the lab as they went to check on Marcello before he did anything else. Liz and Dmaien stopped at the door for Liz to open it, she pulled out her phone pressing it to the screen lock, the door opend with a buzz letting the three in as they walked Damien tells Sandel,
"We're aware, Sandel. i just wanted to check on Marcello before finding my own rest,"
Liz glanced at her as she looked at her tablet, hoping to see a notification but didn't she scoffed as she walked faster.
"Jacob isn't home yet... he must have been some leftover paperwork,"
Liz huffed as they made it to Marcellos bed. he looked pale as he's hooked up to some donated blood and an iv bag, heart monitor, his breathing everything, his body motionless as they heard the beeping coming from his monitors. Damien stood still looking over his brother as Liz went over to him, grabbing some of his statics next to his bed. Sandel noticed Marcellos heart is just like they have told her. Sandel truned her flame to Damien. He didn't want to move nor step closer to his brother... he felt the guilt from it even with his facade, Sandel wipped around him as she said,
"Damien... It's not your fault Damien you've done all that you could, you cant be there all at once, Damien,"
Damien glanced at Sandel apprehensive. He stayed there thinking about what Sandel told him with his shoulder, having a faint pain from the memory of fighting Lugh with his angel, lossing. Letting his brother get hurt in the processes. Damien clenched his fist that was in the sling only to feel a heat envelop his hand. He glanced at his hand, Sandel holding it. Her fire encapsulates his hand. Damien observed the fire burn around his hand but not burn him.
"He would tell you what i have, Damien... not in the way i said it, but maybe this, Damien, it doesn't matter. You did what he.. i taught you to do, dont worry about it,"
Sandel said as the last part she sounded like Marcello, Damien looked at Sandel oddly as she twirls down his body moving towards Marcellos bed, Sandel made it to the bed twirling up the bed post to his foot crawling up hid leg when Liz walked to Damien with the statistic in her hands, she stopped pointing to one of the explained to Damien of his heart, she pointed at the image of where his heart should have stopped and has, has now started to beat. leaving a bright buring light when his heart beats, its like Liz has said before but they have a clearer image now, Damien grabbed onto the piece of paper as he looked over Marcellos heart, he saw the fire and then looked up and Sandel, it looked like her fire. he lifts the picter to contrast the two, Damien peered at Liz as she looked at the two and looked at Damein,
"That's not a far cry, Damien... she is Avalons angel, and with how much Avalon placed her power into Marcello,"
Liz told him as they stared at Sandel laying over Marcellos chest watching how his heart beats, how he breaths in and out calmly as he laid there motionless, she saw how he tried to move with his heart beating a bit faster. He must have done something... or he's trying to get out of his comatose state. Sandel moved around his chest,
"I wonder if i move the fire or even,"
Sandel moved her virtue to Marcello's chest, trying to see if she could at least move the fire... but she couldnt if anything it made it worse for Marcello, his monitors are reacting, beeping and vibrating from the sheer virthu she placed in his chest, Sandel moved away from him letting him be as Liz rushed to the monitors checking them as she asked Sandel,
"What did you do for the monitors to act this way?"
Liz fixed the monitors, making them stop franticly beeping, Liz looked to Sandel she made it back to Damein as Sandel kept her gaze on Marcello, she tells them shocking them.
"What Avalon did was make his heart new, however, he has to move past something he's held on for years... whether it be because of him or Avalon. That's up to Marcello from what i saw from his heart... there deeps scares not from fighting, not from having been crushed. Worse, it's from turmoil that he has dealt with. The pain that never resided."
Sandel looked at the two seeing there expressions, Sandels flame moved as she continued,
"Whatever it my lie for him... he has to do it. It's him that has to wake up. What Avalon has done is keep him alive now he has to prove he's worth having it, no offense, Damien. "
Damien just stared at stunned as Liz utter from beside him,
"That it? No magic or anything,"
Sandel glanced at her and spoke, "Not that I'm aware of Liz but there will be times i have to watch over him, i think i will have a vist from him sooner or later,"
Sandel spoke bitterly, and Damien and Liz stared at her. They knew who she meant by that and wasren't happy with seeing that smokey bastard again
