He was terribly afraid that the next glance would show the pirates on the "Silver Wings" cheering in victory, afraid that the sailors who had followed him for years would be completely annihilated, afraid that General Snite's family, who entrusted their safety to him, was already dead, and most of all, afraid that Aiven locked below deck had been found and killed by the pirates!
This deep sense of helplessness was something Gel hadn't felt in years.
Though for now, he could still hold on, it was impossible to escape into the vast sea. Even with the strength of a Peak Knight, as he kept running on the sea surface, his physical status inevitably continued to decline.
