Any world is never purely black or white. Whether it's the Real World or the Realm of Innocence, anyone with intelligence above average understands the principle that where there is light, there is shadow.
As for the former, let's not bring it up for now, lest we end up like how Motan once sang about mysterious numbers that harmonized everything into idiocy.
The latter, however, is worth discussing a bit…
In the Realm of Innocence, setting aside nations and races, which are more complex entities, organizations like the Mage Guild, Adventurer's Guild, Mercenary Guild, Mining Association, and Holy Church Union can barely be considered the 'white' in black-and-white dichotomies, or the 'light' in the duality of light and shadow. They can be seen as relatively positive, with behavior styles leaning toward concepts like 'orderly,' 'kindhearted,' or 'neutral.' Their guiding principles and core ideologies are fairly upright, so they can be reluctantly classified as white.
