The gray snowflakes in the sky still drifted down, constantly landing on Charles and Anna's bodies, and within a short while, the two sitting on the steps had become snow figures.
"Phew~" Anna's body split open entirely, and a dozen tentacles rapidly extended, shaking incessantly before swiftly retracting.
The now spotlessly clean Anna stood up, pulling Charles' arm, trying to get him to stand up. "Let's go, let's eat something inside, you haven't eaten anything since this morning."
"You go eat, I'm not hungry," Charles rejected in a deep voice.
"What are you thinking about right now?" Anna asked.
Staring blankly at the gray snow in front of him, Charles's eyes were filled with bewilderment. He paused for quite a while before slowly saying, "Thinking a lot, about many things from before, my mind is very chaotic right now..."
