The two tumbled down the hill, with Adrian Desmond rushing after them. He held a gun. It was he who had fired moments ago. The question was whether he wanted to kill her, or Xavier Young, or both of them.
"Xavier, we should run. If we get caught by the Sixth Master, we'll be done for," she urged.
At this point, there was no way to clear things up. The only option was to flee.
A hesitation flashed across Xavier Young's face. Sienna Johnson didn't give him a chance to retreat. She declared defiantly, "Well! If you're not up for it, I won't force it. When the Sixth Master arrives, you can blame everything on me. Just say I seduced you, and let the Sixth Master kill me!"
