In the ultra-luxe VIP hospital room, a little girl with fair, tender skin was lying on the bed, sleeping soundly.
It might have been because she was asleep, but she looked quite well, her cheeks rosy. Her small mouth smacked lightly, showing no trace of weakness. There was no sign she had been in a dangerous situation with nonstop bleeding just a while ago.
Her left knee was wrapped in gauze; the bandaged wound wasn't big and didn't look scary.
Scott Harris was tucking her in when Enna Clark walked in.
After making sure the little girl was comfortably covered, he respectfully greeted, "Ms. Clark."
Then he noticed the man beside Enna and his attitude grew even more respectful, "Lord."
"How is she?"
