I checked, the closest coordinates belong to a level four 'Scythe'. Although it's currently rated level four, this ship was specifically designed for expedition legion deep space bases. Back in the day, it was like a scythe cutting through wheat when it swept through colonies supporting the legion; now that the war is over, jumping back from remote star sectors to dismantle it wastes too much fuel. So the system hasn't been updated for a long time; it's still on border patrol duty, and the technology rating has been downgraded.
