Opening my eyes I found myself in a void full of stars " kethal, are you here why have you brought me here again. " the atmosphere of this place was a lot more eerie then last time the stars weren't shining as bright like they were dead or dying
The other half that was blocked by kethal was gone but this did nothing to lighten my heart
My breath quickened while my heart began to race I began feeling like prey that has just been caught by it's predator, sweating i slowly turned around coming face to face with a being made out of solid red energy
That had a smile only made visible by the black outlining it " you didn't think death could keep us apart did you,O! how lonely It would be with out you. "
Grabbing my neck he effortlessly held me at eye level as I struggled to free myself from this things grasp
" yes struggle it makes your soul all the tastier." Suddenly i felt something drain from me it was the same feel I got the first time i started a mech on the wall but twenty times worse
Out of all the times I had been tortured the pain this was caused forced me to scream against my will
My screaming was momentarily paused as visions of galaxies, universe and timelines know and unknown flooded my soul causing more pain while a vision of my death at this creatures hands played out

" what is wrong with him!." Elise had rushed to the bedroom she shared with her husband after hearing him start screaming loud enough to break the sound suppression they had for their room
" i dont know. " in the middle of the room he was just standing there screaming up at the sky like he was possessed surrounded by their guards and friends
Turning to the person she didn't want to see right now she snarled " you better not have a hand in this." Alaine raised her hands in surrender " I didn't do anything I just appeared after getting a bad feeling, he was already like this."
Huffing she turned her attention back to her husband as she walked over to him " my love im sorry i wasn't really angry I just wanted you to fight for me, please come back to me."
The screaming stopped as the room was plunged into silence
" everything will be fine."
Although those words left his mouth she felt they were said by someone else, cutting his wrist blood spilled onto the floor into runes no one in the room could understand
Taking a breath he began reciting a chant that echoed across the room

I couldn't keep holding on whatever he was taking from me was almost gone and I was unable to fight back and that's even if I knew what or who it was
Before the last of my thoughts left me everything shifted and I found myself back inside the room i had been sleeping in, the pain was finally gone
my body collapsed exhausted barely able to take a breath mentality and spiritually I was still in shock not acknowledging anything around me until I felt soft arms take me into their grasp
" we need to get him to the healer he is bleeding." I could hear Elise's panicked voice
" i can do it, its the building with the big red symbol right?....sorry I took a look around after i left." I could here another feminine voice answer her
" that doesn't matter just do it if you can ."
Feeling a hand press against me my surrounding changed again as the three of us appeared outside doc's place
Using their hands and a few if alaine's tails they carried me inside were i finally passed out

The gentle feeling of hands brushing through my hair stirred me awake " mhmm!" moaning i reached behind that person excepting to gentle touch Elise wings the way she liked instead i got a handful silky fur
Opening my eyes I was staring at another pair each a different color " eck!" she let out a cute squeak pulling her tail away from me an putting it to her chest after I pet it following it to the tip
" mates are only suppose to do that to each other. " Rolling my eyes I sat up with a groan
" dont start woman." Looking around I saw the room was empty besides zauto in the corner " where's my wife?"
I swear I could see her bite back saying she was right in front of me " she wasn't able to stay an left me to watch over you."
I raised an eyebrow as I looked at her " we managed to bond of someone recklessness that always manages to get them hurt." I clicked my tongue looking away from her
" So while I was probably on the verge of dying you two were laughing about it, and don't act like you know me I already said this." Feeling her arms wrap around me she pulled me back
" true but I know enough to know my heart wants you ." She deliberately pulled me close enough to feel her heartbeat racing in her chest
" do you have nothing to say about what happened?" The demon me just casually looked back at me " for one we are on the sameboat im just as scared and confused as you,what ever that thing was it's beyond even me "
Turning my attention to the door hearing open I saw Elise enter Bracing myself for her to get upset seeing me like I was, instead she calmly walked over swapping positions with alaine continuing to brush through my hair lightly the exact way I like
Leaning down we shared a deep kiss " I'll umm... go make something for you im sure you're starving." Alaine quickly left the room
" im glad you are awake you had me worried, you have been asleep for a while and doc wasn't sure when you would awaken. "
Moving a strand of hair behind her ear I gently rubbed her pink scaly cheek " I'm sorry for worry you and leave you to run a kingdom alone."
" you have a lot to make up for after leaving me alone for a month while you rested." My eyes shot open " what I've been asleep for a month!"
" just relax for now we will deal with that later."Pulling me down she had me lay on her until alaine came back with some food
" open up." I looked at alaine unamused " I can feed myself. " I felt a flick to the back of my head come from Elise
" just do it, honestly who complains when two gorgeous women want to take care of them." Grumbling i opened my mouth for alaine to begin feeding me
My complaining quickly stopped as the taste of her cooking flooded my mouth ' ok maybe this isn't so bad .'
A bit later alaine took a handkerchief and wiped my mouth clean as I chewed the last of the food " thank you it's appreciate what the two of you are doing. "
" happy to help ." Smiling alaine left with a empty and messy plate
Feeling content and with my stomach not hurting anymore i leaned against Elise again as she went back to messing with my hair
" you have my permission to pursue her." My eyes shot back open as I looked at her in shock
" what happened between you two."
" we worked our differences out an I learned there was more similarities then not."
Looking at zauto he shrugged back at me " i already told you I have no desire for someone else you are the only one I need or want." Hearing her giggle i rolled my eyes going back to enjoying her love
After about an hour I felt her shift answering a call to her earpiece " ok I have to go there is something that needs my attention."
Groaning I went to get up only to be stopped by her " you just stay laying down for now there will be plenty to do tomorrow, I want you to rest some more."
Nodding I shifted out of the way for Elise to get up before I could shift back alaine who was sitting nearby quickly took her place
Looking to Elise she just smiled giving me a kiss then left the room getting back to her responsibilities " your playing with fire ." Leaning back in let her embrace me as I closed my eyes
" I'll get you to accept me one day you'll see i swear it." I barely heard her as i was slowly sweep away back into a slumber
When I opened my eyes again I found myself in a starry void causing my heart to race " be calm you are not in that place. " Hearing kethal i calmed down
But when I laid eyes on him his spiritual body didn't look to good lazily turning his head he looked at me with unusual seriousness " we need to talk."
