The scene shifts back to the conference table. Uriel looked at Wayne with disdain, loathing the shameless human to the extreme, and said coldly, "Wayne, can you represent the Lando Family?"
"The Lando Family cannot represent me, but I can represent the Lando Family. Does this answer please you?" Wayne replied with a smile.
"The Lando Family I speak of is not the Lando Family. Let the person behind you speak to me!" Uriel showed clear displeasure, finding even an extra glance at Wayne unbearable.
"That's probably not going to happen. There'll be issues with addressing it. So many people are watching; don't you care about Heaven's honor?"
The smile that should have been on Uriel's face had completely shifted to Wayne's, growing ever more radiant. "You know me; I don't mind. The key is whether you can bear the price of the truth."
