Weilan nodded, "This way is fine. Just remember, don't upset Ding Lan, she's in the middle of pregnancy care now."
"Don't worry, I won't be reckless," Song Di said, "She is carrying my child, after all."
Weilan noticed a blush spread across Song Di's face as he said this, and she was momentarily stunned. It seemed Song Di was a little shy.
Weilan smiled, her gaze becoming a bit distant.
"Weilan, what happened?" Song Di finally asked, "How did you and Jin Min get kidnapped together?"
"It was a farewell dinner. Jin Min resigned, and I thought we'd worked together for a while, so we should have a meal together. I invited a few others, and we had dinner. I didn't expect Jin Min to get drunk. I was worried about her, so I took her home. That's when someone broke in and took me and Jin Min from the house."
"Broke in?" Song Di's brow furrowed tightly, "They actually broke in?"
"Yes." Weilan explained the details to Song Di.
