He sneered abruptly, cold as ice: "And aside from knowing that person was my traitorous subordinate, do you also know that person was a fugitive serial killer wanted by A Country?"
Her voice faltered, and she stared at him.
"That person had been on A Country's most-wanted list and fled into China. When I last came to Yunling, one of my missions was to help the government capture him. If the criminal resists…then justice must be carried out on the spot."
Those last four words were spoken lightly, as if they weighed nothing, yet they cut like a blade.
