Lu Li had always carried the reputation of a profligate, never one for serious pursuits.
Mu Tianye nodded, "Okay, then I'll be leaving first."
"You're not going to treat me to a meal?"
"No time."
Everything was ready, and it was time to cast the net for the catch. Mu Tianye had no desire to waste his time on something as mundane as eating.
"Aima," Lu Li switched to English, "help me see our guest out."
Handing him the cup, Aima smiled as she escorted Mu Tianye to the door. He maneuvered his wheelchair back to the floor-to-ceiling window, gazing out at the long-missed city.
After seeing off Mu Tianye, Aima walked over, leaned in from behind to embrace him, planting a kiss on the man's cheek. Her hand then slid from his shoulder, pinching at his shirt button.
"Must be tired after flying for so long, want me to help you take a bath?"
