"Eriri, thank you. Thank you for reuniting the three of us sisters!"
After the sisters' reunion, Medusa approached Eriri and expressed her sincerest gratitude.
Stheno and Euryale, who followed beside Medusa, also looked at her with deeply appreciative expressions.
Though they had already thanked Eriri before, a debt of this magnitude—akin to giving them a second life—could never be repaid with just a few words.
"No need to be so formal. It wasn't anything difficult for me. If you really want to thank me, just let me hug you more often," Eriri said casually as she waved her hand from her spot on the sofa.
"That's all it takes?"
Medusa suddenly became bashful. "T-That kind of thing... even if you didn't ask, I wouldn't say no..."
At that moment, Euryale eagerly jumped into the conversation.
"Eriri, I'm fine with that too! You can hug me from morning till night, every single day if you want!"
As she said this, Euryale threw herself toward Eriri, who easily caught her with open arms.
It was worth noting that Euryale had a deep affection for anything beautiful or cute. After meeting Eriri, that affection intensified to an uncontrollable degree.
To put it bluntly, after seeing Eriri's beauty and cuteness, Euryale found herself no longer interested in any other cute things—aside from her two sisters. Her heart was now completely fixated on Eriri.
Since Eriri had pulled her from the Throne of Heroes into the present world, she had clung tightly to her side. If not for Medusa's appearance, that clingy state might have continued indefinitely.
"What are you doing, Second Sister?!"
Seeing Euryale recklessly fling herself at Eriri, Medusa shouted in alarm.
The pouncing behavior had left her with deep psychological trauma, and she instinctively projected her own reaction onto Eriri, worrying that she might dislike it.
But to her surprise, the opposite was true—Eriri was not only unbothered but was enjoying it. After all, who could say no to cuddling with a super cute little girl?
"It's fine, Medusa."
Hugging Euryale, Eriri looked calmly at the tense Medusa. Her relaxed demeanor immediately put Medusa at ease.
Although Eriri had always treated them kindly, Medusa hadn't forgotten what happened last night. She had been worried that Eriri might punish Euryale for being too forward.
"Medusa, don't ruin my bonding time with Eriri. If you do, I'll be very upset," Euryale said with a pout as she turned her head from Eriri's embrace to glare at Medusa.
But the moment she finished speaking, she felt a light swat on her sensitive spot. A blush quickly spread across her cheeks, and she buried her face in Eriri's chest, clearly flustered.
"Euryale, didn't we agree not to bully Medusa anymore? I really don't recommend expressing affection that way," Eriri said with a smile, her hand still resting on Euryale's tiny backside.
"Okay, okay… I get it," Euryale mumbled, her voice muffled as her breath tickled Eriri's chest.
Stheno, watching their interaction from the side with a smile, felt that life in this moment was simply perfect. From the bottom of her heart, she wished this time could last forever.
Just then, Stheno noticed Eriri's gaze shift onto her. She tilted her head slightly and gave a puzzled look.
"Stheno, do you have a wish?"
"A wish…" Stheno murmured to herself. Then, with a resolute look, she turned to Eriri and said without hesitation, "My wish is for the three of us sisters to be able to live together forever!"
Hearing her elder sister's heartfelt wish, Medusa was overwhelmed with emotion.
Eriri nodded, then lowered her head to look at the petite Euryale nestled in her arms. "What about you, Euryale? What's your wish?"
"My wish is also for the three of us to always be together. But… that was my wish up until today. My current wish is…"
She paused for a moment, then lifted her head and looked earnestly at Eriri.
"My new wish is for you, Eriri, to live with us three sisters forever."
Eriri nodded again, but didn't respond right away, causing Euryale to pout in disappointment.
But as soon as Eriri spoke her next words, that pout vanished instantly.
"I understand all of your wishes. So I'll give you two options: The first is that I'll arrange for you to live in another world—a peaceful one inhabited by a small number of mermaids. I often visit that world, so I'll still see you regularly.
The second option is to live together with me. But if you choose that, it won't be just me living with you."
Eriri looked at the three sisters—Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa.
"So, which option will you choose?"
No sooner had Eriri finished speaking than Euryale blurted out, "Isn't it obvious? Of course I want to live with you! That's my wish!"
Stheno, who had been about to consider the options, immediately smiled after hearing her sister's answer.
"I'll choose the second option too. It doesn't matter where we live, as long as the three of us can be together."
With her two sisters already having decided, Medusa had no reason to choose differently—especially since she had been leaning toward living with Eriri from the start.
So she nodded without hesitation. "I'll choose the second option too."
"Great. Once everything here is settled, you'll all come home with me. Starting today, you're part of our big family."
"Yay!"
With Euryale's cheer, the atmosphere in the living room instantly turned lively.
In truth, the moment someone became connected to Eriri, her near-omnipotent abilities had already erased all traces of their existence in other parallel worlds—making them a singular entity.
Whether it was Sakura and Illya, or now Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa, the rule applied equally.
In one of the parallel worlds within the Nasuverse, it was possible that Tokiomi Tohsaka and Aoi had no children—or if they did, their children would be entirely new individuals, not Rin or Sakura.
It was also possible that in another timeline, Kiritsugu Emiya still participated in the Fourth Holy Grail War through the Einzbern family, but his partner would definitely not be Irisviel, and their daughter would certainly not be Illya.
Because Stheno and Euryale were pulled from the Throne of Heroes not long after their deaths and transformation into Heroic Spirits, they would not appear in the Second Singularity, and Euryale would not appear in the Third Singularity either.
Not long after, Irisviel and Illya, who had just woken from sleep, as well as the Tohsaka sisters—Rin and Sakura—emerged from their rooms and came into the living room.
The unfamiliar faces in the living room piqued the curiosity of Rin, Sakura, Illya, and Irisviel.
But once they learned that Stheno and Euryale were Medusa's sisters, the four quickly warmed up and joined in on the conversations and fun without a hitch.
...
After enjoying a hearty breakfast together, Rin and Sakura left the hotel hand in hand.
As planned the day before, they were heading to the Zenjou household to bring their mother, Aoi Tohsaka, back home.
The Zenjou residence was located in a city neighboring Fuyuki, several dozen kilometers away from the Tohsaka estate.
Although it would've taken them only a few minutes to cover that distance using their speed, the two sisters opted instead to travel by train. They weren't in a rush, and this gave them a chance to enjoy some time together and have fun.
Stopping here and there to shop and explore, they only boarded the train around noon after grabbing lunch. It was already past 4 p.m. when they finally arrived at the Zenjou home.
Two days prior, Rin had explained everything to Aoi, including a demonstration of her power. Realizing how strong her daughter had become, Aoi agreed to let her return to Fuyuki.
Unlike in the original timeline, there was no panicked return after learning Rin had left.
However, Rin had kept one surprise hidden—Sakura was still alive. She wanted to reveal it in person.
So when Aoi laid eyes on her youngest daughter, alive and standing right in front of her, the shock and joy she felt were indescribable.
Without saying a word, she crouched down and pulled Sakura into a tight embrace.
"Thank goodness… Sakura, my poor child… I'm so glad you're alright!"
Tears streamed silently down her cheeks, falling onto Sakura's tiny shoulders.
Seeing their mother like this, both Sakura and Rin panicked.
"Mom, what's wrong? Sakura's fine, isn't she?!" Rin flailed her arms beside her mother and sister, clearly flustered.
"I'm sorry, Mom… for making you worry… please don't cry," Sakura said, her voice trembling.
Looking at her two concerned daughters, Aoi suddenly let out a chuckle through her tears, her face breaking into a blissful smile.
Wiping away the last traces of tears, she slowly stood up, releasing Sakura from her embrace.
Then she smiled warmly at both of them. "Silly girls, these are tears of happiness—not sadness."
"Ohh, I see… Geez, you had me so worried," Rin said with a sigh of relief, though she couldn't help but roll her eyes.
Ignoring her daughter's mild reproach, Aoi looked lovingly at Sakura once more.
Then, in a gentle voice, she said, "Welcome home, Sakura."
...
Meanwhile in Fuyuki, Eriri spent the day showing Irisviel, Illya, and the three Gorgon sisters around town.
They visited all the places they hadn't gotten to in the past couple of days—and even stopped by the ruins of the Matou household.
The massive crater created by Sakura's wrath was still there, now surrounded by warning signs and iron barricades.
Due to the sheer depth of the crater—over several dozen meters—people believed it had been caused by a meteor impact.
As a result, the government had no plans to fill it. Instead, it had become something of a tourist spot, drawing crowds eager to see the mysterious hole.
With the influx of visitors, the area had transformed into a bustling street lined with shops and food stalls.
And most of the garbage they produced? Tossed straight into the bottomless pit.
Thus, one of the founding families of the Holy Grail War—the Matou—had become a literal garbage dump.
Eriri and the others didn't linger. After a quick look, they moved on—but their brief appearance left a lasting impression on the onlookers.
By 5 p.m., they had wrapped up their day of sightseeing and returned to the hotel.
As for Rin and Sakura, they chose to stay overnight at the Zenjou residence and planned to return to Fuyuki with Aoi the following day.
