With his strength at the True Sequence, although his movement was currently impaired, he only needed a few days to recover some degree of mobility. By then, seeking medical help after leaving here wouldn't be impossible.
However, just at that moment, Jack lost the sensation in his only remaining hand. Though it was still physically there, he couldn't help but subconsciously ignore its existence.
Jack's eyes widened as he realized what had happened—what he had always feared had come to pass!
Had he been whole, he might have avoided this, but now he was vulnerable and at the mercy of others.
