Natasha's POV:
- ...that was too close.
I stare in terror at the large column that rose up in an instant. Although Grandma narrowly escaped, she wasn't unharmed. I could see Grandma suffering from her horribly charred leg. Even though it only touched her for a moment, her leg had twisted beyond recognition. While she's suffering from her wound, I surreptitiously extend medicinal plants toward her and make them stick to her injured leg. She notices this and smiles weakly. She seems to finally calm down when the hero reaches her. A strange conversation erupts between them. Despite Grandma's attempts to finish him off, that strange burning liquid surrounds him like a shield. I slowly try to extend my roots beneath him, but I'm unable to reach him underground. I lose contact almost instantly when I try to get them to move underneath him.
- In moments like this, I really wish I could hear them too.
I let out a sigh as I took in the situation before my entire vision underwent a strange shift. The sight of my evil eye changed so suddenly that I felt dizzy for a moment.
- What the heck was that?
When I redirected my gaze from the flower, Grandma had already disappeared, and the hero made his shield disappear. Unsteadily, he clutched his stomach as he walked toward the village.
- I can't let him go, he's too dangerous.
After seeing his combat skills, I knew it. I knew he could be an active obstacle, too dangerous for Grandma. I had to stop him no matter what.
