The peace of Konoha was not much better after the death of Hiruzen, the Ninja world looked at Konoha with prying eyes as they wanted to capture Konoha or destroy it altogether.
But no one made a move for a few months, due to Tsunade present as well as Naruto present.
In these few months, Naruto had killed all the spies from all the different Villages and cut of theirs heads and limbs and displayed them to their respective villages.
Most of the spies were from Kumo and Iwa villages and the least were from the Sunagakure.
All of Villages got pissed at the action of Naruto but refrained themselves, but Kumo was the one who could not handle their temper and demanded compensation or there would be an all out war.
Tsunade read the letter out loud so Naruto could hear as well.
"We want the son of the Fourth Hokage, due to the actions of the Konoha Village, if the Village Hidden in the leaf ignores this warning, there will be an all out war on the Konoha Village, in 3 weeks." Tsunade read the letter as her eyes twitched in anger.
"Naruto, your actions has made the Konoha Village go into war with the Sunagakure." Tsunade said as she rubbed her forehead.
"Let them come, the Village Hidden in the clouds have become arrogant, I will humble them, Tsunade, stop the trading routes of all the products of Sunagakure, and stop the sending of our crops and food from the land of fire to the Sunagakure, if they lash out, I will kill their Raikage or take back the tailed beast from them, which we have given to them in good will, I will revive the fear of the First Hokage in their hearts."
Naruto said casually, his words carried weight, because he was the one who cleared all the disputes in the Konoha Village, he was the one that removed the spies from the village, albeit in a extreme way, and he will be the one that will resolve the war.
"Brat, you are strong but isn't this too much even for you?" Tsunade reluctant asked Naruto to think again, from the moment she became the pretend Hokage she was helped by Naruto so much so that she wanted to give the position of Hokage to him."
"Tsunade, I have only shown you only a portion of my strength, don't be afraid because the one who will fall will not be me, Trust my decision."
"If you say so." Tsunade said, while Shizune looked at the back and forth of Tsunade and Naruto, she felt out of place.
Tsunade brought a paper and wrote all the cutting off the supply from Konoha to the Sunagakure as well as putting Tariffs on all the products of Sunagakure.
"Naruto review this." Tsunade said as she placed a stamp on the letter.
Naruto read the letter and nodded, "It's good. Root." Naruto called one of the root.
"Deliver this to the borders, and make sure the letter is followed, and those who deny this reformation kill them, if they speak, silent them." The Root Ninja nodded obediently and disappeared in extreme speeds.
Tsunade did not know what to do, everytime Naruto would do extreme things and she would be the one patchings things up, the brat strength was much more than she could comprehend, she was scared for Naruto, she had gotten attached to the brat, and was extremely dependent on him, the thought of loosing him made her unwell.
It was all unexpected, the attachment was almost as if he placed a seal on her heart.
If the war comes and Naruto dies, she will have to fight but she would not able to because of her fear of blood, so all she could hope was for the survival of Naruto.

(3 Months Later)
The war was unavoidable, the Village in the clouds prepared for the war, as well as it asked alliance with other villages but they all declined, they didn't what to expect but they waited for the right moment.
During these months, the village in the cloud had lost most of the trading with the Village in the Leaf and it's surrounding areas.
They prepared and the leaf prepared, but when the ground was set, and when the face off had to happen.
Many Ninjas stood on the barren land and waited for the army of ninjas from the leaf, but no one appeared, but only a child with blonde hair, holding many Kunais with seal on them.
And with one throw, they multiplied until the bright light of the sun was blocked by the number of Kunais.
And darkness appeared as many died from the Kunai and when the Kunais landed, half of the number of the cloud were killed, and those remaining, only had 10 seconds before all of them had their heads rolling of their bodies and dropping on the ground with many thuds.
And blood poured making many pond of blood.
That was the day the cloud was defeated by only one person.
