And just as they started moving, Turner, who had been hiding in the dark, had already left before them, directly ahead of their path.
He used the fastest speed of his life, boosted by his boots, and in no time at all, he had caught up with Lucas's team.
"How is it?" Lucas saw Turner and immediately asked.
"They really didn't continue. They initially planned to meet up with another group to ambush us from the north, but then they realized the presence of more than 200 Beastmen and rushed over. They're now right behind us," Turner quickly explained. "You guessed both scenarios."
Though somewhat anxious, Turner's overall mood was still stable because the command Lucas had shown earlier had reassured him.
