But quickly, Fu Yang seemed to think of something. With a slight lift of his chin, he looked back at Fu Siyu defiantly, "What now? You want to hit me?"
Fu Siyu frowned, about to say something, when the sound of high heels echoed from the doorway. It was evident that Shu Wan had returned.
With a snort, Fu Yang turned and went upstairs.
Shu Wan entered the living room just in time to see Fu Yang storming up the stairs, and with Fu Siyu sitting on the sofa watching Fu Yang's retreating figure, she knew that a conflict had surely erupted between father and son before she had returned.
"You're back."
Fu Siyu turned around, his expression had returned to calm, and his gaze at Shu Wan was quite gentle.
"Did you guys argue again?" Shu Wan said, her eyes slightly curved, as if she found the scene of the two arguing quite amusing.
"Not really an argument."
Fu Siyu stood up and gestured for the servants to leave. He walked over and helped Shu Wan with her coat.
