[3rd POV]
"Wha-what?!" Rainel exclaimed in shock and horror. Confusion rippled through the devils watching the fight, as that sort of holy energy would harm any devil, even the likes of the Satan's, even if it was only a little bit.
but here Morgan stood, completely and utterly fine, acting as if it was nothing as she stood with an amused smirk on her face. Completely and utterly unafraid of the holy energy that wafted out of the vial.
Valerie was a cheat code, a huge, impossible cheat code. Her sacred gear had granted the entire peerage practical immunity to the Holy light of Heaven, with only the strongest of them being able to harm her peerage, and even the newest members had been put through this extensive treatment before they had begun the fight, to ensure that none of the bullshit would work against any of her people.
And now the entire world could see that it had no effect on her.
"What? Did you truly believe that would work on me? That I wasn't expecting you to be a coward? That I didn't expect for you to bring out something that was an insult to save your own ass? Of course I expected it! And by Satan are you a moron for thinking that this would genuinely work" Morgan said with a laugh, finding the reaction the man was showing to be hilarious.
His biggest trump card, the one that he had spent billions on, hadn't worked. Not even slightly. If anything, it was harming him more by holding the thing than it was harming her, the one that he was targeting in the first place.
"Ho-how?"
"The Zagan library is a wonderful thing, Rainel. And there is a reason why it is the best in the entire world" Morgan replied simply, as she stared at the glowingly enraged man, who realized that his entire plan, all the ideas and information and plots, were all for nought.
For the Zagan family was not weak like he had thought. They were not arrogant like he had thought. They were strong, and more than that, they were smart. Morgan Zagan was a threat, and Rainel Phenex...Rainel could see that now, as flames began to pour off of him moments later, the heat beginning to invade the surroundings as Morgan felt it growing warmer and warmer in the stadium.
"Rainel Phenex Queen, Retired"
"You-You bitch! I'll kill you!" Rainel roared, upon hearing the news that his son had been defeated, and upon looking to the side, he saw Grayfia Lucifuge holding the right arm of his son in her hand, as she dropped it to the ground without a care in the world, beginning to move to the last groups of his servants, as more and more of them were consequently knocked out.
At the moment the peerage member of Morgan's that had defeated the most of Rainel's peerage, was in fact, Grayfia. Not a surprising thing, with her being the strongest member of Morgan's peerage by a decent bit. She was also BY FAR the most experienced member, with her being more skilled than any member of the peerage, except maybe Morgan, and even that was...unlikely.
"Yeah okay, I'd love to see you try, Rainel" Morgan said somewhat arrogantly. Something that she knew was a problem, but quite frankly at the moment, she didn't care. The man deserved everything that was going to happen to him in the next few minutes, and she was going to enjoy every single second of it.
It was upon saying this, that Rainel glared at her with a fierce intensity, as his flames began to change from the old orange color, and began to flicker brightly. Slowly the flames began to flicker from the orange, to something new, something...powerful, as the man glared at her, concentration still on his face throughout it all.
Morgan raised an eyebrow at what he was doing, as she could feel it. The power that was flooding the area as the heat began to increase more and more, as his flames began to grow more and more.
'...So he's got a technique, huh? Not surprised, we have prepared for this sort of thing' Morgan thought, already knowing that he would have something in order to raise his power. Something tied to his powers from being a Phenex, and now as she watched as the flames began to turn a bright blue, she knew what it was.

Up in the spectators arena, the wife of Rainel Phenex gasped in horror, as she recognized the technique that he was using. The technique that was a secret of the Phenex family, and the most powerful technique of them all.
"Mama? What's wrong?!" Ravel Phenex exclaimed as she stopped her mother from fainting, holding her up.
"Th-that technique! It'll cause your fathers death! He mustn't use it!" She exclaimed in horror, struggling to keep herself up, knowing the effects of the technique, and what it would do to her husband.
Ravel's eyes widened in shock, but she didn't say anything to comfort her mother, as how could she? Her father was a monster, and while she wouldn't and couldn't say it outwardly, she was hoping that Morgan won.
At the same time, the Satan's all sat in silence upon seeing the blue flames.
"So he's using it, huh? You think Morgan will be able to beat him after that?" Falbium asked, as Ajuka looked at her in silence, before nodding.
"She has a 60% chance of defeating him as long as she does it quickly, before the white flames are revealed" Ajuka said after a few moments of thought.
"And if she doesn't?" Serafall asked in slight worry for her friend, and crush.
"Her chances will be...slim"

Back with Morgan and Rainel Phenex
"Do you still believe you can win?! Behold the power of the Phenex family! Behold MY POWER!" Rainel roared, as the blue flames flew from him, turning into tornadoes made of flames, melting the ice that previously coated the grounds near them, and forcing her peerage to go on the defensive as it began to run berserk around the stadium, towards them.
Staring at it all, Morgan just shook her head.
"You really think my peerage is weak enough to lose to something like this? That this makes a difference in the outcome of all of this? Even if you miraculously defeat me in combat, you will still lose, Rainel. The entire world will still know of what you have done, of the atrocities that you committed against my mother. And even if most of the faction leaders won't give a damn, enough will, enough of them will care that will make a difference. And I hope you know that no matter what happens, you and your awful fucking family, are truly, and completely, fucked" Morgan said with a grin, as the man let out a roar of fury, flames slamming against where she stood, only for her to reappear yards away in an instant, dodging the flames as they began to get hurled towards him.
But it was upon the flames increasing in heat and intensity, that Morgan's eyes narrowed fiercely. As she began to notice that the flames began to change color again, that he began to grow stronger and stronger over time. That they were changing to an almost...white color, deep, penetratingly white.
'This...this is dangerous' Morgan thought in alarm, as she barely dodged his blurred fist as it slammed against where she just stood, as he blurred towards her at immense speeds, his power beginning to rival that of a Satan, and...and it was still growing even now, more and more, as she grunted as the flames burned her skin, only for it to instantly heal.
'This technique...it's something more' Morgan thought with narrowed eyes, as she began to block the attacks with ice from her sacred gears, her tattoo upon her back glowing as ice walls and spears swirled around her, flooding towards him like an icy onslaught, only for it to all melt before it could get too close.
'A hidden technique of the family, or something of the sort' Morgan thought in contemplation as she also did her best to block and return the blows that were still increasing in strength, now rivaling her own, which was...not a good thing.
'He can't do this forever. Not when he was originally just an Ultimate class fighter. Meaning he's likely doing something like burning his very life force for this. And with how powerful the life force of a Phenex is...he might grow to become something that I can't stop' Morgan thought with a rare look of alarm, a green barrier blocking the next strike as the man seemed to be going rabid, akin to a berserker or something of the sort.
Crossing her arms she gritted her teeth as she was slammed back against the wall of the stadium, blocking the blow as her arms were scorched but healed. Rolling out of the way of the blow that slammed against the wall, she rotated and threw her own strike against the side of his head, punching with all her might as he was launched back, skidding against the wall as he was implanted into it. Only for him to instantly barrel towards her again, her alarm growing more and more as she began to utilize more than just one of her sacred gears.
Poisons of all types were flooding into Rainel, as she activated Lethal stigma, increasing the effectiveness of the injures and poisons within him by many times over. But it seemed even that wasn't doing shit against him, as he just roared in pain and continued to attack her, as she dodged to her abilities.
Poisonous gas began to flood from her as he slammed his fist against her crossed arms as she grunted in pain, only for a deep crimson glow to flood them, as she inwardly sighed. As she inwardly decided that it was time for her to stop holding back, that she didn't care enough to hide anymore. That it was time...that it was time for the world to know, that she...has done the impossible!
'...Ah fuck it'
[Reinforce!]
As the words echoed from nowhere, the black gauntlets of Grendel Buster coated her arms, and she blocked the blow with far more ease than before. In a burst of speed, Hyper Leaper appeared at her legs, as she burst through a ring of light, reappearing in front of the barely recovering Rainel.
'Twin Triaina' Morgan thought, as a crimson glow formed in her hands, demonic energy pouring into the area as she slammed the trident against the man, a screech of pain ripping through him as she pierced him with the impossible Longinus.
Gripping the demonic trident in her hands, she pushed her demonic energy through it, as a massive energy blast of pure demonic energy ripped through the sky, slamming against the Lord of the Phenex family. He couldn't even react as Alphecca Tyrant + Frostveil Nexus activated at the same time, a status field appearing around him, slowing him down, while at the same time, ice held him by the waist as he struggled to break free, the ice reinforced with a crimson glow by the Grendel Buster.
Gripping the Twin Triaina in her hand, as crimson energies flowed out of it, with a soft green glow of Atomic Breakdown which was weakening his demonic energy and regeneration, plus the power of Lethal stigma which was worsening his injuries and the poison assaulting every single atom of his body, and all of his senses, alongside curses assaulting him as well, Morgan breathed in deeply and lifted the trident as if she was going to throw it.
And as she did so, she muttered only two words, two words of immense power. Two words that caused every person who knew of them to gape in shock, two words that would bring more attention onto her than ever, the two words were...
"BALANCE BREAKER"
