Chapter 50: Dylan is Draphior
"Did I miss something?"
All the heads turned towards to door. Isabella stood there leisurely as she watched the family drama.
These people were loaded with money, but had no ounce of morality or shame in them. The butler actually left her Benjamin's room saying it belonged to Dylan.
"Princess, are you okay?" Dylan exhaled a sigh of relief looking at his wife.
"Hmm. Was taking a walk in the garden." Isabella replied and slightly leaned into his embrace.
Dylan gave one last glance at the Barnett family and left with Isabella. Good that Isabella was alert and careful.
"What happened there Isa?" Dylan asked after they walked out of the mansion.
"Nothing. The butler took me to Benjamin's room saying it was yours. I later realized the room was Benjamin's. Thankfully I got out before he came in all horny." Isabella shrugged.
She skipped the the part where the butler locked the door from outside and she had to climb down the pipe outside the window.
"Stop making those faces. Did you give her the ring?" Isabella changed the topic. Actually, she was most worried about the ring. She understood the mysterious change of eye color and those weird flashes behind Dylan was because of the ring.
She was freaking out inside, but forced herself to stay calm and think properly.
"Yeah. Let's see what happens. Wanna go and get an ice cream?" Dylan asked and Isabella smiled widely. She playfully extended her arms forward and Dylan, understanding the cue, bent down and gave her a piggy back ride.
"You don't get rides for free, you know?" Dylan joked as he walked.
"You can ride for free if you own the vehicle, you know?" Isabella playfully replied and they laughed.

[Mythiopia]
"Lawrence. When did you come?" Aliza walked into the chamber after a long tiring day. She didn't expect to find her husband there. No one informed her about his arrival.
Lawrence, who was in deep thought, got up from his seat and smiled.
"Few hours ago Al... You look tired." The king commented as he made his wife sit on the bed and poured her a glass of water.
He felt bad for burdening her with all the kingdom affairs while he was still struck in his mindless exploration of unraveling secrets of universe.
Aliza smiled as she took the glass but her eyes looked back at him with expectation. Lawrence understood the meaning of that gaze. She was expecting him to bring Isabella back.
"Al. I didn't to bring Isabella."
The queen nodded, feeling a little low. But she was okay. She was seeing her daughter everyday through the coin. For now, this was enough.
"But there is something I found out." Lawrence said, creating suspense for the queen.
"What is it? Is the portal to the human realm really in the snowblood mountains?" Aliza asked, thinking that is what her husband confirmed.
"It most probably is. But there is something else too."
Aliza raised her brows. Can't he just say whatever it is? Why this suspense?
"I found Draphior"
"WHAT?" The queen stood up in shock and excitement. If they found Draphior, then they just have to request him to bring their daughter back. They can pay whatever he demands for, as long as Isabella was back.
"That's wonderful Lawrence. Let's sincerely request him to bring our daughter back." Aliza suggested. Happiness evident on her face.
Lawrence sighed.
"He is Dylan."
"Huh? What?" The queen asked confusedly.
"Dylan is Draphior.. or Draphior is Dylan."
The royal chamber was filled with silence for a while.
"So.. Draphior reincarnated. As Dylan?" Aliza asked after a while. Lawrence nodded as a reply.
"You were right Al. We didn't know about Draphior ever as he wasn't reborn in this realm at all. He chose to reincarnate himself in the human realm." Lawrence explained further.
Aliza nodded thoughtfully. Her mind filled with many questions.
"But he is born as a human. He cannot possibly have any magic in him, right?" Aliza asked for clarification.
"I don't think so Al. Draphior was an immortal. And his powers were divine. They cannot perish. Being in the human realm, Dylan never explored any of this. If I teach him, then he might probably be able to open the gate himself."
Aliza felt slightly relieved hearing this. But she still had questions.
"Why would he get involved with our daughter? And also what about Draphior's wife, Amantha? Did you find anything about her?"
Lawrence thought of how to answer this to his wife. She will surely get stressed, but he didn't want to hide things anymore, especially when their relationship just started going back to normal again.
"I also found out that Amantha reincarnated too."
Aliza was surprised. What exactly happened that two immortals chose to perish and reincarnate again?
"Both the husband and wife reincarnated? Is she born in human realm too?"
Lawrence shook his head. "No. She reincarnated in our realm... But she is now in human realm. Our Isabella."
The queen's eyes widened hearing her husband. Their Isabella?
"L-Lawrence. Will the kids be in danger?" that was her first thought. As a mother, it was huge relief for her to see Isabella happy and safe with Dylan. But now this all cannot be a coincidence.
She just hoped their life can be as simple and happy as it is now.
Lawrence was sure that both Isabella and Dylan were in danger. Given that dark aura, there must be some vengeful old rivalry trying to get back at his kids.
"Don't worry my queen. I will teach the boy how to use his powers. And I think his powers are already awakening ever since we sneaked into human realm."
"What about Isabella? If she was an immortal, then she should have somehow retained her powers too, right?" The queen asked.
Lawrence pursed his lips and frowned. He remembered his Isabella had very powerful energy surging within her when she was born. But she was just a few hours old baby, and it was easy for him to take away that energy from her.
"I am not sure Al. She might have retained them... But even she hadn't, I will fill that part for her." Lawrence promised.
