Then I walked close to the door, making sure that both Caden and Chase were standing behind me.
In no time, the intruder appeared in front of the door and halted, staring at me.
I was just a second away from attacking him when I halted.
'Damien?'. I thought, and when I saw that Caden and Chase were about to attack him, I stopped them, "Don't!".
