After officially beginning meditation, Lynch also started learning his first Wizard-level spell.
Wizard-level spells are entirely different from Apprentice-level spells.
Apprentice-level spells rely on scattered applications of extensive foundational knowledge; a single formula might form a spell, while an arrangement could become the core of a model.
Wizard-level spells, however, consolidate and summarize that vast foundational knowledge, forming a complete and comprehensive magic system.
The spell models constructed upon such complete systems are referred to as Ring Models or Ring Magic.
The tiers of Ring Magic correspond to the Wizard's tiers, ranging from the First to Fifth Ring, with each ring representing a distinct level of power.
Lynch's first Ring Magic spell is named "Time Suspension," a spell left to him by Wizard Somda.
