### *Part Four – The Imperial War*
Title: The Meeting of Return or Betrayal
A meeting began between Hayman and the leader of the Tankaa Empire. However, the leader of Tankaa ordered a media blackout about his country, placing soldiers at the borders and flying aircraft over the skies. All protesters were forcefully suppressed.
Meanwhile, in the Eastern Empire, another meeting was held between the leaders of the two empires.
Hayman: "We want to end global oppression and create a world free from wars and conflict. That is all I wish to say—to you and to the world."
Senri Hinem: "We aim to make our nation a democratic one, full of happiness. We will avoid problems and stand united against injustice. That is my only message."
The meeting ended, and Senri Hinem returned to his empire—unaware that Hayman had already dispatched spies to monitor the uprising against injustice within the Tankaa Empire. He had received orders from a secret intelligence station founded a week earlier.
People: "We demand that Hayman begin his plan! Where has he gone? Say it with us: (Oh leader, begin—we are with you!)"
Hayman: "Forgive me, my great people, for your patience. We will start with the first step soon. Stay tuned!"
The people applauded and thanked Hayman. He then initiated his plan.
Hayman: "I want you to establish an intelligence agency named *'Dhuhoob al-Dhalem' (Oppression Seeker)*—and I want it completed swiftly. Begin now, and request that the Minister of Industry lead the effort."
Guards: "Yes, sir! To the Minister of Industry—Hayman requests that you lead this intelligence agency and keep it hidden."
Minister of Industry, Joshan Sarader: "Understood. When should we begin?"
Guards: "Sir Hayman said: today, immediately."
Minister: "Then we'll begin."
Guards: "Thank you, sir."
Minister: "Begin building it underground. Equip it with specialized aircraft, weaponry, and computing units, placed in secure locations—quickly!"
Engineers: "Understood."
*Seven days later...*
Minister Joshan Sarader: "Commander Hayman, the intelligence and information agency has been successfully established."
Hayman: "Thank you very much, Minister."
Minister: "We're just doing our duty, sir. We seek nothing but the completion of your mission—for our homeland."
Having succeeded in creating the agency, Hayman assigned engineers and experts to oversee it.
Guards: "Sir, there's an uprising in Tankaa!"
Hayman: "Send in agents. I believe this marks the first step toward success."
Guards: "Understood, sir. At your command."
Hayman: "Thank you all. The people are counting on you."
The agents arrived, and Hayman launched the next phase of his plan.
Hayman: "Deploy artillery to take down aircraft. Warn the civilians and evacuate them swiftly into the Eastern Empire."
Hayman: "Block Senri Hinem's arrival and obstruct his route."
Guards: "Sir, we don't know his location."
Hayman: "I installed a special listening device. Contact the *'Dhuhoob al-Dhalem'* agency."
Saray (senior guard): "Sir, you've become a genius."
Mihora: "Enough joking. Let's begin before it's too late."
Hayman: "Move quickly—begin the operation!"
Guards and troops: "Yes, sir!"
They mobilized.

*Meanwhile, in the Tankaa Empire...*
Syona Ryo, chief of aviation: "Begin shooting down aircraft."
Air force: "Yes, commander!"
Tina Trawai, head of health and rescue in the Eastern Empire:
"To all members of the Health and Rescue Organization, move in quickly to rescue civilians and evacuate the danger zones. Hello, Hanti!"
Hanti: "Yes?"
Tina: "Deploy aircraft to rescue civilians immediately."
Hanti: "Yes, to all aircraft at Hayman-Captain Station—deploy to rear areas of the Tankaa Empire. I repeat, head to the rear zone of Tankaa."
Pilots: "Understood."
Hanti: "Excellent."
Aircraft SR-7, pilot Jacar: "I have reached the rear area of Tankaa. I repeat, I am in the rear area. Health and Rescue: I have arrived."
Tina: "Good. To all civilians—board the aircraft now, quickly!"
Civilians: "Why?"
Tina: "Board quickly and silently—now."
**Marty:** Acknowledged, sir. Direct one aircraft to a private zone at station BP-100. Only 100 aircraft head immediately to the rear zone in Tanka.
**Flight:** Acknowledged, sir.
**Marty:** To Sheena Daz, instruct the Tyrawn at the BP-100 station.
**Sheena, Air Command Leader at Babel–Safran Help station:** Understood, sir. 100 aircraft, move forward.
**Tyrawn:** Yes, ma'am.
**Sheena:** Halt.
**Tyrawn:** Roger.
**Sheena:** Immediate split-up.
**Tyrawn:** Understood.
**Sheena:** To the planes on the right of Tyrawn.
**Rightward Tyrawn:** Understood.
**Sheena:** Right side Tyrawn, report.
**All Right Tyrawn:** Completed successfully, ma'am.
**Sheena:** Oh, thank God. All left and center Tyrawn—prepare.
**Tyrawn:** Left and right direction—acknowledged.
**Sheena:** Good. All aircraft have passed safely. Reporting to Sir Marty.
**Marty:** Well done. To Commander Hayman, mission accomplished.
**Hayman:** Thank you. Now to the guards—go capture Syneri Haynim.
**Guards:** Aye, sir. Heading to the Dhoum Oppression Agency for intel.
**Agency:** Ahead of you. We'll throw a gun; block his path.
**Guards:** Got it. To the Imperial Border Knights, block the road to Tanka.
**Knights:** Affirmative.
**General Senora:** Commander Hayman, we await your signal to take down Tanka's aircraft.
**Hayman:** Go ahead.
**Agency:** Guards, start. Shin, throw the gun.
**Shin:** Confirmed. Gun thrown.
**Guards:** We're advancing. Knights, block the road.
**Knights:** Road cut off.
**Guards:** Halt! Commander of the Tanka Empire, you are surrounded. Your tyrannical regime is over.
**Syneri Haynim:** Who are you?
**Knights and Guards:** We're soldiers of the liberating commander, Hayman.
**Syneri Haynim:** You cursed Hayman, how cunning you are.
**Knights and Guards:** Silence. Surrender now to Commander Hayman. Mission complete; criminal captured.
**Hayman:** Well done. Return now.
**Health & Rescue Org, Sharqa Empire:** Civilians safely rescued, sir. All boarded a plane.
**Hayman:** Order the planes to take off with them.
**Minatar, Deputy of Rescue Org:** Acknowledged.
**Minatar:** Tyrawn, Commander Hayman ordered you to fly and wait for us to board.
**Tyrawn aircraft BP-100:** Roger.
**Tyrawn:** Commander Marty, all civilians boarded.
**Marty:** All aircraft, take off and move fast—repeat, all aircraft lift off now.
**Tyrawn:** Acknowledged. All aircraft departed safely.
**Marty:** To Commander Hayman and Sheena at Air Command: Mission success, civilians rescued.
**Hayman:** Thank God. It's done. Now it's my turn.
**Sheena:** Thank goodness. This is such wonderful news.
**Hayman:** To aerial forces, armies, cannons: destroy all enemy aircraft.
**Siona Ryu:** Prepare the air force, cannons, and tanks.
**Forces:** Ready and awaiting orders, sir.
**General Senora:** Awaiting mission start.
**Siona Ryu:** 1...2...3... now!
**Air Force, Sharqa Empire:** Engaging now!
**Cannons:** One Tanka aircraft destroyed.
**Tanks:** Five aircraft eliminated.
**Air Forces:** All Tanka aircraft destroyed.
**General Senora:** To Commander Hayman and Air Commander Siona Ryu: Mission complete. We'll now surround and capture Tanka's army.
**Hayman:** Excellent. I'm coming soon. Be cautious. Offer them a surrender warning—this dark age is over. If they agree, recruit them.
**Siona Ryu:** Mission complete. I swear today will be a day of joy and celebration in Babel Francisco. Come, Mirata, we've won!
**Mirata:** What a beautiful day, Siona-senpai.
**Siona Ryu:** Yes, hahaha! You're so cheeky!
**Hayman:** To General Senora: Advance the troops to surround the army.

**Air Forces:** Copy that.
**Hill Moti, Ground Defense Commander:** Yes, sir.
**Troops:** Moving ahead, sir.
**General Senora:** To the enemy inside: surrender now. The war is lost. You've lost your people's love. Why fight? Commander Hayman has offered you protection, aid, and a chance to join his forces—or live free as civilians.
**Tanka Army:** He's right. Why do we fight? Our people were wronged, our leader captured. They offered us freedom—surrender is better.
**To the Sharqa Empire Army:** We surrender!
**General Senora:** Drop your weapons and approach.
**Tanka Army:** Understood. Let's go, comrades. Freedom is here!
**Sharqa Empire Army:** Ground Commander, take them in. Guards, assist their movement.

**Zio (Sefer-Marou):** To Commander Hayman and the Imperial Guard—trains and necessary supplies have been sent to the Tanka Empire and will arrive in 20 minutes.
**Hayman, Supreme Commander of the Sharqa Empire:** Thank you. We now await their arrival and will soon hold a celebration for our first great victory.
**Two hours later...**
**General Senora:** Sir, our mission is fully complete. We're returning now. The train has picked up all of Tanka's army. They are joyous because we freed them from their oppressive leader, Syneri Haynim. Commander, we are with you until death. You gave us power and prosperity when we were drowning in oppression, corruption, and exhaustion.
**Hayman:** I thank you for your great actions and your magnificent victory. Your loyalty to the empire and support from our people helped us achieve justice in this world. Words cannot describe your accomplishment. I vow to keep walking this path until death, until my soul leaves this world. I will not rest until we achieve our dream. Together, we will make it happen. Thank you, brave General Senora.
**General Senora:** Did you just call me a great general, sir? I feel I've done so little—just one mission. Thank you, sir.
**Hayman:** Because of you, we claimed victory without any loss to our people or to the Tanka army. Is that not remarkable?
**General Senora:** Thank you, sir, for saying that. I will stand by you until the end.
**Hayman:** Enough talk. I now appoint you as ruler of the Tanka Empire. Promise me you'll do only what's right for its people—nothing else.
**General Senora:** Are you serious, sir?
**Hayman:** Have you ever known me to joke?
**General Senora:** No, sir. Please don't misunderstand—I'm honored, but it's a huge responsibility.
**Hayman:** You liberated them. You are now their leader.
**General Senora:** Thank you, sir. Farewell, I will fulfill my duty now.
**Hayman:** Farewell, great commander. I'll see you soon, and we'll celebrate with both our people. Goodbye.
