I quit worshiping my body and saw old Granny, who hurriedly came towards me, asking, "You woke up? How is your body?

Did I reincarnate with a new body or into an already existing body? But I don't have any other memories other than mine !?
As I am trying to figure out my situation , old Granny, seeing I didn't answer her, thought I was unwell and moved her hand gracefully over the water in the bowl.
As if responding to her actions , water moved and clung to her hand, then she brought her hand and placed it on my forehead.
'My eyes followed her hand like a magnet.'
'Then I felt like all my tension and fatigue that I didn't have before were gone in an instant.'
'My smile reached my ears; I am grinning like a madman. I think I know which world I am in: the Avatar world."
'And there is another reason for my stupid grinning because just now I felt like I can control ice around me—props to my compatibility with all energies, I guess.'
'So my waterbending just awakened from being in contact with the waterbending, or energy that is responsible for waterbending to be exact.'
I can already see water, air, earth, and fire rotating around me'.
The old granny, seeing that I am fine, not responding to her, and smiling like a weirdo , smacked me on my shoulder !

I felt like someone tapping on my shoulders... only then I saw old Granny looking at me with an odd expression.
'It seems like I am lost in my imagination.'
"Ahem! I am sorry, Granny, it seems like my brain got hazy," I said, trying not to look like a weirdo.
Old Granny already withdrew her hand, looked at me for a moment, then asked me, "Then what's with that smiling of yours?"
"Oh, I felt very good just now what you did that with water; I couldn't help but smile," I told her, now with a small smile .
'I can smile all I want later when I am alone.'
She looked at me for a second before saying
"Okay, now tell me what you're doing on an iceberg in the middle of nowhere ?
"Where did you come from ?"
"What is your name ?" She asked me like a rapid-fire round.
'Huh, iceberg? And she don't know me , So I came here with a new body the'n.
I shook my head. "I don't know who I am or what I am doing there, Granny."
"I only know my name is Ryan, and thank you for saving me, Granny. I don't know what would have happened if not for you," I said in the most sincere and dramatic way I could.
Granny's expression softened. "No need to thank me, boy. Save that for the young chief; he is the one who saved you," she said.
'Chief? Who? Wait, which era am I in? This should be random timeline right?'
"Um, Granny, what's the name of the chief? I asked her eagerly.
"Oh, his name is Taqukaq," she replied while taking the bowl that she previously used for healing.
'taqutaq? My eyes widened in realization. Isn't he the waterbending master of Avatar Roku?' and He is even young too; that means Roku might not even be born yet.'
So the current avatar is Kyoshi, huh? She is one of the strongest avatars and known for her long life because of her 'secret of immortality' method taught by her master, Lao Ge'.
"Come with me; Chief wants to meet you," she said, gesturing for me to follow her and also bought me out of my thoughts of meeting Kyoshi to get her notes on 'The Secret of Immortality.'
'even though i don't age , it's always good to know how kyoshi and her master attained immortality with just earthbending'
I nodded then followed her outside. I have to say these people really know how to build things with ice—houses, bridges, stairs, everything.
'I also saw some young man learning waterbending; I am really trying hard not to go there and start learning.' Sigh, I need to deal with my identity first; later I can start my training arc.'
The city seems small compared to the city shown in anime when the Fire Nation attacked; oh well it will expand with time.'
While I was marveling at Ice City, Granny brought me to a comparatively large ice house; guards at the entrance allowed us in, not before bowing to Granny.
'Oh, it seems like she is an important person; maybe she is related to the chief or something , because if I remember, in the Northern Water Tribe, women are not allowed to train waterbending actively.'
Then we both entered the house; there are a few guards patrolling. Then we went towards a room where a young man, maybe in his twenties, was sitting on an ice chair, discussing with some people who were seated at a table.
'So he must be taqukaq,' I thought as Granny and I entered the room.
They all halted their discussion as we entered, and Taqukaq looked at me with a smile and said, " seems like you recovered." While Granny left the room .
"Thank you for saving me, chief," I said with a little bow .
Even though I can survive on that iceberg, who knows what would have happened'?
'Still, gaining some brownies could help me with my identity and training too,' I thought as I looked at Taqukaq with an almost sincere smile.
"You don't need to say thank you; I would have helped anyone if they were in your place." Taqukaq said with an elder brother aura.
'So the betrayal hasn't happened yet then? I thought.
' Nai must be in this room; he will betray the Northern Water Tribe by selling the secrets and technology of the tribe to the Fire Nation.'
'After that, Taqukaq never trusted any selfless person; he even refused to teach Avatar Roku waterbending, thinking he might be another Fire Nation traitor.'
'Only after Roku persisted by staying and living in the Northern Water Tribe for a few years did Taqukaq relented and became his waterbending master.'
" So what's your name? and how you ended upon that ice berg "? He asked with bit of confusion and sympathy , then i said the same thing to him as I did to Granny.
"So you lost your memories and you only remember your name? He said looked at with a hint of wariness while other members at the table exchanged glances.'
'i will also get suspicious if I were in his place, seems like I need to bring my trump card.'
