Tanjiro was wrong; Ryuji had no intention of entering the villa. He was under a tree, using the Breath of the Forest to detoxify.
After some time, his vision gradually returned to normal, though it was still a little blurry.
Tanjiro, with the girl, followed the faint scent and stopped outside a room with a strong smell of blood.
The room was lit. Tanjiro gestured for the girl to be quiet and approached the door.
He knew the room might contain a dead body.
Suddenly, he threw open the door and saw a frightened boy looking at him.
The boy held a drum from the {drum demon}, making Tanjiro even more puzzled.
Why did the boy have the drum? It was strange.
Seeing the survivor, Tanjiro was relieved.
"Um, you're Mina's brother, right?" Tanjiro asked.
The boy looked surprised. "You know Mina?"
Hearing her brother's voice, Mina peeked from behind Tanjiro, ran to her brother, and hugged him.
"Brother!"
Tanjiro entered the room and smiled at the embracing siblings.
After expressing their emotions, Mina's brother looked at Tanjiro. "Who are you?"
"My name is Tanjiro Kamado. I'm a Demon Slayer, hunting demons that eat people," Tanjiro introduced himself.
"Can you tell me what happened? Why do you have something from the {demon}?" Tanjiro asked.
Tanjiro noticed a wound on Mina's brother's leg and treated it.
Mina's brother explained while Tanjiro treated his wound.
After the {drum demon} and another {fat demon} found him, they argued over his rare blood type, and fought.
Mina's brother was injured then, and he picked up the drum dropped by the {fat demon}.
He watched them fight and discovered the drum's ability to control space. He used it to change locations.
The {fat demon} and Mina's brother were sent to different rooms, and he escaped.
Knowing the drum's power, he used it to change the villa's layout.
Tanjiro had another question. What was this "rare blood"? Why did the two {demons} fight over it?
