Chapter 8 - In the World of Attack on Titan

The blue light from the large screen reflected in Kambe Yukito's sharp eyes. The news of the rebellion in Zordaya Prison Complex, Verdansk, Kastovia, was not just news to Kambe. It was an alarm. Yukito massaged his temples, his forehead furrowed deeply. He didn't have to think hard to conclude the mastermind behind it.

"It must be the Konni Group. They must be trying to free their leader, Vladimir Makarov," Yukito muttered.

How could Yukito be so sure? Because in his previous life, Yuki was a gamer who really loved the Call of Duty franchise, especially the Modern Warfare series, both the reboot and the original versions.

Yukito himself was actually a little annoyed with this world. At first, he thought this world would only have anime characters. However, as time went on, characters from movies and games he watched and played also started appearing, making Yukito dizzy.

Yukito let out a long sigh, his gaze shifting from the large screen to his watch, which showed 23:59. Only one minute left before he would be sent to the Attack on Titan world.

"Damn it," he hissed, not out of fear, but out of frustration. He was fed up with this chaos. "Why don't they just send me to Mordor?" he muttered bitterly.

Yukito then saw his backpack beside him, ready, filled with a change of clothes. And next to the backpack lay a long case containing his main "assets": a Barret M82A1 Sniper Rifle and a Glock 34 pistol.

He wondered how he would explain it to Levi. Or rather, how he wouldn't explain it at all. Let them wonder.

Yukito then opened his group chat hologram.

Kambe Yukito

---

[Kambe Yukito]:

"Levi, we're going to your world soon."

[Levi Ackerman]:

"Alright, I'm now in front of the old castle that will be my headquarters later."

[Nishikigi Chisato]:

"Yukito and Rimuru, be careful there, especially you, Yukito! Don't stray far from Rimuru! And Rimuru, take care of Yukito!"

[Rimuru Tempest]:

"Don't worry, Chisato! I'll take care of Yukito!"

[Gojo Satoru]:

"Yukito, it seems your arrival in Levi's world will cause a butterfly effect."

[Kambe Yukito]:

"You're right, Gojo... That means we don't have to follow the set plot anymore."

[Nishikigi Chisato]:

"That means you can change a lot of things! Hopefully for the better!"

[Rimuru Tempest]:

"We'll try our best! For Levi and everyone in his world!"

[Levi Ackerman]:

"Don't be too confident, Rimuru. This world isn't as beautiful as you imagine. But, I'll admit, Yukito's knowledge will be very helpful."

Kambe Yukito:

"Thanks for your 'trust,' Levi. I'll try not to die there."

[Gojo Satoru]:

"Hahaha, relax, Yukito. Just think of it as a new adventure. And remember, if you have any problems, just call us. Even if we can't go there directly, we'll support you from here."

[Nishikigi Chisato]:

"Exactly! We'll always support you!"

[Rimuru Tempest]:

"Thank you, everyone! We'll fight!"

[System]:

System Notification:

Departure to Attack on Titan World in 15 seconds!

Time in the world of participants and non-participating members will be temporarily frozen until the mission is complete.

[Kambe Yukito]:

"Alright, here we go. Good luck to all of us!"

[Rimuru Tempest]:

"Ready, Yukito! Let's do this!"

[Nishikigi Chisato]:

"You two, be careful! We'll be waiting for good news from you!"

[Gojo Satoru]:

"See you, kids! Have fun there!"

---

Yukito picked up his backpack and suitcase. In front of him, the countdown hologram flickered, red numbers glowing, growing larger in his vision: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!

Just as the number "1" appeared, a white circle enveloped Yukito, its light so bright that he instinctively closed his eyes.

Attack on Titan World

Yukito slowly opened his eyes, his vision clearing. He found himself standing in front of an old castle that looked sturdy but worn, surrounded by tall trees.

"Yukito, is that you?" someone beside him asked.

Yukito looked to the side, finding a beautiful girl with light blue hair and golden eyes staring at him. Although her face was beautiful, Yukito wouldn't be fooled; it was Rimuru Tempest in human form, looking around with a curious expression.

"Yes, and you're Rimuru..." Yukito said, pointing at Rimuru.

Rimuru nodded, a faint smile on his lips.

Then, footsteps were heard in front of them. Yukito and Rimuru simultaneously looked forward. There, a short man walked towards them. It was Levi Ackerman, wearing the distinctive Survey Corps uniform.

"I'm glad you arrived," Levi said. "Come with me," he continued.

Yukito and Rimuru immediately followed Levi, walking across the silent castle courtyard. The cold night air pierced their bones.

"Hey, Yukito," Rimuru whispered, glancing at the long case Yukito was carrying and his backpack. "What did you bring in there? It looks very heavy."

Yukito smiled faintly, shrugging. "I'll show you later," he answered vaguely.

Levi led them through several dark corridors and cold stone stairs. The castle felt silent, only the sound of their footsteps echoing.

Finally, they arrived at a spacious castle dining hall, dimly lit by flickering candlelight. A long wooden table dominated the room.

Levi walked to one of the chairs at the end of the table, then pointed to two chairs opposite him. "Sit down," he ordered curtly.

Yukito and Rimuru obeyed. They placed their belongings beside their chairs, then sat at the dining table, facing Levi. The candlelight illuminated their faces, casting shadows on the stone walls.

Yukito took a slow breath. "Alright, Levi, tonight's meeting will change the storyline of this world.

"So, what are we going to do, Yukito?" Levi asked.

Yukito nodded slowly, leaning forward slightly, his eyes fixed on Levi seriously. "Alright, Levi. Here's the plan. After the Battle of Trost, we must focus on weapon development. There's a technology called 'Thunder Spear' that is currently kept secret by the Military Police. We must get it. The design of that weapon will be very effective against Titans."

"After that," Yukito continued, "we will overthrow the current government. They are corrupt and hiding too much truth. We need radical change to save Eldia."

Levi crossed his arms over his chest, his expression still flat. "Overthrowing the government? That's not an easy task, Yukito. There will be a lot of bloodshed."

"I know," Yukito answered firmly. "But this is for the future. And after that, we will make Historia Reiss Queen. She is the legitimate heir to the throne, and with her in power, we can start rebuilding this world the right way."

Rimuru nodded in agreement. "So, we're going to create a new foundation for Eldia," he murmured.

Levi let out a slow sigh, his eyes shifting from Yukito to the dancing candlelight. "Ambitious plan," he said. "But how will we get the Thunder Spear? And how will we convince people to support Historia?"

"Easy," Yukito smiled faintly, his eyes showing full conviction. "We will force Rod Reiss to confess in front of all the people that Historia is the legitimate heir to the throne. Once the truth is revealed and Historia is recognized as Queen, the authority of the Military Police will weaken. That's when we can get the Thunder Spear designs from the Military Police without much resistance."

Rimuru stared at Yukito with an amazed expression. "That's brilliant, Yukito! Using the truth to shake the foundation of their power."

Levi observed Yukito closely. There was a faint, almost imperceptible smile on his lips, an acknowledgment of the plan's cleverness.

"Although this is a crazy plan, it's the most plausible one," Levi commented. "So, when do we start?"

"We'll do that after the battle between the Attack Titan and the Female Titan in Wall Sheena," Yukito replied, crossing his arms. "That incident will be the climax, creating the chaos and vulnerability we need to make our move."

Rimuru leaned forward, his eyes gleaming. "So, we'll wait until the right moment to launch our move. It's like a chess strategy!"

Levi nodded slowly, his expression serious. "I see. So, we have time. It seems we should include Erwin in this discussion."

"You're right," Yukito said, looking at Levi. "We do need Erwin for this. The more cool heads involved, the better."

"Hey, Yukito," Rimuru suddenly whispered, his eyes glancing at the long case lying beside Yukito's chair. His curiosity had reached its limit. "What exactly are you carrying in that case? I've been wondering, it looks so heavy."

Yukito smiled mysteriously. "Alright, I'll show you." He then bent down, grabbed his long case, and placed it on the dining table, right between the three of them.

Levi raised an eyebrow slightly, a hint of curiosity also appearing in his eyes.

Yukito opened the latches on the case. As the case opened, the candlelight reflected off the gleaming metal inside. Displayed before them was a large and impressive Barret M82A1 Sniper Rifle, complete with its scope, and a Glock 34 pistol neatly laid beside it.

Instantly, the atmosphere in the dining hall changed.

Rimuru gasped, his eyes wide at the sight of the weapons. A clear expression of shock was etched on his face.

Even Levi, known for always being calm and unshakeable, showed a slight change in his expression. His eyes widened for a split second, reflecting deep surprise. He stared at the strange and advanced weapons, then turned to look at Yukito with an unspoken question in his gaze.

"These are weapons from my world," Yukito explained, calmly pointing at the Barret and Glock. "They will be very helpful in the upcoming Battle of Trost."

Rimuru stared at the weapons in awe. "Damn! This is the first time I've seen real firearms directly!"

Levi picked up the Glock 34, holding it carefully, feeling the difference in its weight and design compared to the firearms he had seen. "This... is very different from the Military Police's firearms," he murmured, more to himself. "Too light for its size, but it feels solid. And this mechanism..."

Levi examined the slide and magazine, trying to understand how it worked. "How does it work?"

Yukito took the Glock from Levi's hand, then deftly showed him how to use it. "Look, Levi," he said, holding the pistol. "This is the magazine." He pointed to the bottom of the grip. "You insert this here until it clicks." With a smooth motion, he inserted an empty magazine he took from the case.

"After that," Yukito continued, his hand moving to the top of the pistol, "you pull this slide all the way back, then release it." He demonstrated the motion, and a small 'click' sound was heard. "This will load the first bullet into the chamber. After that, every time you pull the trigger, a bullet will fire, and the slide will automatically move to load the next bullet."

Rimuru watched intently, his eyes following every movement of Yukito's hands. Levi nodded, absorbing every instruction. Although unfamiliar, he could see the logic behind its design.

"I understand now... Since there's nothing else to discuss, we'll end it for tonight," Levi said.

Levi then carefully placed the Glock back in the case. His gaze shifted from the unfamiliar weapons to Yukito's and Rimuru's faces. "It's very late, and we'll need energy for whatever happens next."

"That's right, I'm starting to feel tired. After the meeting to discuss the battle with the Orcs later in my world," Rimuru said.

"We'll discuss it in more detail with Erwin tomorrow," Levi added, standing from his chair. "For now, you two can rest in the room I've prepared. Follow me."

Yukito nodded in agreement, starting to close his weapon case. Levi led the way out of the dimly lit dining hall, leaving the flickering candlelight behind. Yukito and Rimuru immediately followed him, their footsteps echoing in the dark corridors of the old castle.
