After a good night's sleep, I first used the bathroom before reentering the bedroom, where I found Lucy messing around with her celestial spirit keys, causing me to sit on the opposite side of the table. "You only have three gold keys?" "Only? You must not know too much about Celestial Spirit mages, huh, Big bro?" Asked Lucy with a skeptical gaze as she raised her head and looked at me, while I nodded. "No. I don't like Celestial Spirit mages; they're just a bunch of weaklings who rely on others rather than themselves." Those were my genuine thoughts on Celestial spirit mages; I've encountered a few of them, and the moment I take their keys away, they become useless.
"Good to know… Anyways, there are only 12 gold keys or Zodiac keys, and I'm already in possession of ¼ of them; when you think about it, that's a lot for a single person… Speaking of that, it's time to make a contract with my newest celestial spirit." Said Lucy lightly as she used a silver key, summoning a small white creature with a cone-shaped nose.
While Lucy created a contract with the spirit, I grabbed Aquarius's key and attempted to summon her, though I was forced to stop as I nearly broke the key after infusing too much magic power into it. "Tsk, can you summon Aquarius, Lucy?" Clicking my tongue, I handed the gold key to Lucy, who had named her new spirit Plue. "Are you being serious, big bro? Haa, fine." Said Lucy with a groan of annoyance as she made Aquarius's key glow gold before Aquarius appeared directly above me in the air. "Tch, the hell is it this time, Lucy?" Asked Aquarius in an irritated voice, only for me to catch her in my embrace while I promptly kissed her, causing her irritation to quickly vanish.
"Oh my, Cooper; I didn't know you were here." Said Aquarius with a faint blush as she rubbed my chest while I did so with her bottom half before glancing at Lucy. "Do you have a spare room?" "Um, yeah, I do— Wait! You're not doing what I think you're doing! I refuse! Return, Aquarius!" With a smirk, I stood up and approached the door while Aquarius seemed more than willing, given her smile, though before I could exit the room, she dissipated into particles, causing me to frown as I looked at Lucy. "Hmph, don't give me that look. You're not sleeping with MY celestial spirits and definitely not in my apartment!" Stated Lucy firmly as she eyed me, causing me to click my tongue. "Hmph, it'll happen eventually."
While still annoyed that Lucy was cock-blocking me with her sexy celestial spirit, a genius idea formed in my mind. "Oi, Lucy… Let's form a team." "Eh, a team? Why?" Glancing at Lucy's curious gaze, I raised three fingers to her. "Firstly, given how weak you are, if you tried to take a quest by yourself, even a basic one like clearing out a small group of bandits, there is a decent chance you'd die. Secondly, if you joined any other team, you'd be a nuisance to them." Although Lucy didn't really like my remarks, I wasn't exactly lying; she was more of a hindrance, but that was fine with me; I don't mind helping my little sister grow stronger. "Let me guess, the third reason is because I know little about mages or something." I had to shake my head since, while she did offer a valid point, that wasn't the reason I had in mind.
"No. It was so I could sleep with Aquarius when you're not paying attention." "Y-You. I don't know whether to respect your honesty or be annoyed that you intend to go behind my back." Remarked Lucy with a twitching expression while staring at me before sighing, only to raise her right hand. "Alright then, let's form a team! We'll call it Team Lucy!" Said Lucy enthusiastically with a smile, causing me to nod as I didn't mind the name; actually, I kind of liked it. "We still need Gramps to approve of the team officially, though." "Oh, alright then, give me a few minutes to get dressed, so get out for now." With a smile, Lucy stood up and dragged me by my hair as she pulled me out of her room while dressed. "Hope she doesn't take a long time.

Lucy POV
"You two sure about the name? I'm not going to allow you to change it." Asked Master Makarov with a raised eyebrow while skeptically looking between Cooper and I, though I quickly nodded before he could possibly change his mind. "Alright then, Team Lucy is now in effect!" Chuckling in victory, I raised my arms and hopped in place. "I'm going to pick a quest then." Said Cooper while he walked to the quest board, where I saw Nab calmly standing, though before I could follow after him, two hands suddenly grasped my shoulders.
"Fufu, to think only on your second day, you'd get big bro to form a team with you… Congratulations." Said Mirajane with a faint smile as I glanced to my left and nervously nodded, only to look at Erza to my right. "Big bro has never suggested to team up with anyone before… You're special, huh?" Said Erza sternly as she stared at me with her left one while her right one remained hidden behind her hair. "A-Ah, t-thanks, b-but—" "Hmph, listen, newbie, I don't know what you're trying to do, but remember this…" "I shall give you a word of advice, Lucy…"
With a burst of a frightening amount of magic power from the two, Mira gave me a demonic smile while Erza's gaze hardened before they responded simultaneously. "... Big bro is mine!" Shrinking my head back, I meekly nodded, hoping they'd rein in their terrifying magic power, only for them to be knocked to the ground. "Oi, you two are scaring Lucy; stop it. You know I don't like bullies." Said Cooper firmly as he glanced between Erza and Mirajane before affectionately rubbing my head. 'I-I think I might be more scared of the person who casually defeated the two previously scaring me.' Wryly smiling, I internally heaved a sigh of relief; it was a scary thought, but so long as I refrained from thinking about it, I was fine.
"We weren't bullying her, big bro; calm down. Take care, Lucy, and remember what I said." Said Mirajane with a soft-spoken voice and a sweet smile as she waved her hand at me before walking away, causing a cold shiver to run through my body. "I was ensuring she had the will and heart to be a mage; it is dangerous work. Be sure to think long and hard about what I said, Lucy." Unlike Mirajane, Erza didn't even try to act friendly and just shot me an intense glare before walking in another direction.
"U-Um, they're not going to kill me, right?" "Kill you? What the hell are you talking about?" Asked Cooper while giving me a weird look, causing me to awkwardly chuckle. "N-Nothing. Just joking. So what quest did you choose?" "This one." Grabbing the quest from his hand, I skimmed through it, only for my face to twitch. "Steal a book? That's it? Really?" "Look at the reward." Skeptically nodding at big bro, I trailed down to the bottom where the reward was, only for my eyes to widen. "2-200,000 jewels!? I-I mean, I've never been a thief before, but there is a first time for everything." That amount of money was more than half a year's worth of rent for my apartment, and I was pretty desperately in need of money as I used it all.
"Let's get going then." Said big bro as he began to walk out of the guild while I quickly followed; while doing so, I spotted Natsu, Gray, and Erza standing in front of the quest board. "Are they also a team, big bro?" "Hmm, yeah. I'm the one who suggested it; Natsu's too wild to be alone, but him and Gray together are even worse, though they fight exceptionally well together, so I had Erza join to keep them in check." Said Cooper lightly as he gestured to three, while I slightly nodded. Leaving the guild, we walked down the street of Magnolia before stopping by the kebab spot, where Cooper ordered twelve kebabs; he handed four to me and kept eight for himself.
"Thanks, big bro." After a bit more walking, we arrived at the train station; an hour later, we boarded the train and headed toward our destination in Shirotsume Town.
"Hey, big bro. How old are you? I'm 17." "22." Nodding at Cooper, I calmly looked out the window, though internally, I was excited. 'An older man? Perfect!' Slightly older men were much better than dating a boy my age; Natsu was kind of hot, figuratively and literally, but he was a bit too chaotic for me. However, while I was in my own world, fantasizing about Cooper and I going on dates, I felt a tug on my waist, prompting me to glance at my pouch, where I saw Cooper stealing Aquarius's key. "You're not using this, right?" "No, but that doesn't mean you can use it!" Pressing my foot against his face, I pushed him back to his seat while snatching the key from him before dropping it into my cleavage.
