Scene 1: Reinhardt's Flashback – A Tragic Past
The episode opens with a haunting flashback.
A five-year-old Reinhardt returns home after playing outside…
Only to find a grotesque demon feasting on his mother's flesh.
He has nothing in hand—only a stone.
And with that stone, he strikes the demon.
That moment… was his first attack.
The first step toward becoming a hero.
> Reinhardt (Narration):
"That day, I lost my mother… I lost my childhood…
But fear — fear also left me that day."
His father had already died in a war.
Reinhardt was living a life drowned in shadows and silence.
Until one day, Marianne Drayworth found him—sitting alone in a corner, his life barely surviving.
She first hired him for household chores… but gradually, a bond formed between them.
It was Marianne who got him enrolled in the Academy.

Scene 2: Hayashi Leonhart – The Unknown Prince
At the Academy, Hayashi is popular, but he remains a mystery to most.
> "Despite being a prince, he never acts arrogant…"
"He once saved his sister from a demon jungle… but even after that, he always stays distant…"
He has never been on a date. Zero romantic experience.
So when Aurelia Vaelstrom (top student of Class B-1) suddenly approaches him and says:
> Aurelia:
"I like you. Would you go on a dinner date with me… just once?"
Hayashi is stunned but responds politely.
> "Maybe it could just be friendship," he thinks.

Scene 3: Marianne's Jealousy & Stalking Mission
Later, Marianne spots Hayashi near the Academy gate…
He's talking to an unfamiliar girl.
Her heart sinks.
> Marianne (thinking):
"He never spoke to me like that… and now…"
"Is that girl… special to him?"
In frustration, she calls Reinhardt.
The two of them secretly follow Hayashi and Aurelia.
They hide outside the restaurant — watching silently.
Reinhardt's eyes show burning jealousy…
While Marianne's heart is clouded with confusion.

Scene 4: Aurelia – A Spy or True Feelings?
During dinner, Hayashi tries to stay friendly… but cautious.
Kuro, the mysterious crow, perches on his shoulder and whispers:
> Kuro:
"I don't trust this girl's aura…"
At times, Aurelia asks questions that feel too pointed —
Curious about Hayashi's family, his power, his origins.
But at the same time… her eyes reflect real emotions.
Could she be genuinely torn between her mission and her growing feelings?

Scene 5: Broken Strings – The Climax
Reinhardt and Marianne walk away in silence.
Reinhardt whispers to himself:
> Reinhardt:
"I just wanted to protect her…
But maybe… I'm nothing to her anymore."
Marianne feels a strange sense of guilt in her heart.
> Marianne (thinking):
"Maybe I should've trusted Hayashi…
Or maybe… I never really understood him."
