Chapter 52: High grade super weapon
Clinton put of the barrier and heard a familiar voice. "You are to drop the weapon..."
Clinton interrupted him straight up. "You think I don't know the trial rules? I am to take the product of any thing I forge here."
"Don't mind him. Why didn't you engrave runes on it?" The second elder came and asked.
["Don't tell them, say you don't need any rune."] Narvek warned.
"Why should I put a rune when my work is perfect. I don't see the need for a rune." Which was a lie. Clinton infused some blacksmith intricate runes and also put a rune-invisibility rune to make the runes invisible when a very bright line shone from the metal. He found lots of blacksmith runes in the mysterious scroll that was with him. "Now that I am done, can you evaluate me?"
"No need for evaluation, you are already a beast-tamer blacksmith. Follow me." The man said as he and Di Yizu turned around and walked off while Clinton followed.
{"Di Yizu, that weapon that was created is I think a mid grade super weapon. If he engraved it, it would have been close to high grade super weapon."} The man said to his friend through telepathy.
{"Really Muzi, it's stronger than your weapon?"} Di Yizu replied.
{"Yes"}
They arrived at a section called appraisal section. Clinton was asked to drop his weapon on an large orb with a flat slab on it. Clinton dropped the dagger and the workers could not help but admire it. It was indeed beautiful.
"Start the appraisal." As a worker commanded, the others started the orb while a screen showed. On the screen was a thermometer but instead of temperature readings on it, it was tiers of weapons, starting from beginner to Relic. After it was set, a light shone on the dagger and the thermometer started reading. The expression of the workers changed when the appraisal reached emperor level and wasn't stopping. It reached super level and begin to slow down , gently it passed mid grade super weapon as Lan Muzi, the second elder almost vomited and others couldn't believe their eyes. It finally stopped some little centimetres to ultra weapon.
"This.....This...This is unbelievable." Lan Muzi could not keep his cool.
Clinton opened his palm and the dagger flew to his hand.
Minutes later, a badge,robe and an ID card was prepared for Clinton. Using networking runes, Clinton could see a screen appear from the card.
"It's your Jade Smith device and ID card. It connects to the blacksmith network. You can accept missions through it. We will take you to your office now, sir." An attendant said respectfully.
"Okay." Clinton replied.
They went to a corridor and a old pulley system elevator came down and they went up with iron the floor Clinton was taken to, there were numerous offices. "This is the floor for the rank 6 and rank 7 blacksmiths. Each blacksmith from elemental smith rank must have an office. The free offices are ; 17, 48,173,52,98,15,97,65,45,75,82....."
"I pick 17." Clinton interrupted her.
"Okay. Activate on your smith device."
"Done. You can leave now." Clinton said.
"Okay sir."
Clinton went to office 17 and used his fingerprint saved on the smith device to open it. "The tech is pretty good. To be able to use runes for all of this."
