Scene: Sky Palace – Celestial Courtyard
The night sky shimmered under the silver glow of the full moon.
Above the clouds, a radiant structure floated like a dream—the Sky Palace, gleaming like a diamond against the dark canvas of space.
The sky above the Sky Palace was alive—swirling with mana clouds, starlight veins pulsing through their folds. A barrier of divine energy surrounded the palace, glowing like translucent crystal, its runes softly shifting.
Golden towers pierced the heavens, each inscribed with ancient draconic scriptures.
For six hours, the winds had parted for one unstoppable force—
General Belmoth Shen, in his colossal dragon form, wings cutting through the stratosphere like blades of divine thunder.
As he approached, the defensive barrier—a celestial dome of pulsing light—responded.
The gatekeeper, stationed atop the outer citadel, caught sight of the approaching beast. His eyes widened in recognition.
"This dominating and powerful aura… it must be Army chief Belmoth Shen."
He pressed his hand to the glowing control crystal. A sector of the barrier opened with a resonating hum, just enough for the great dragon to pass.
Belmoth pierced through the light and descended with purpose.
A whirlwind spiraled beneath him as he touched down upon the golden marble of the palace's landing platform.
In a flash of golden flames, the dragon vanished—
—replaced by a strong warrior ,clad in deep crimson armor, trimmed with obsidian steel.
His eyes, burning with restrained fury. His presence, enough to silence an army.
"Sky Palace…" he muttered under his breath, stepping forward.
"Why the meeting this time ?"
The grand gates opened before him, bathing the entrance hall in celestial light.
The Dragon General of the Armies, second only to the king , had arrived.
And the palace felt it.
Scene: Underground Tunnel
A damp, chilling wind whistled through the vast cavern—
a colossal tunnel deep beneath the roots of the ancient Forest of Thorns.
Hidden among the jagged outcrops above, figures cloaked in darkness remained motionless.
Their eyes glinted like sharpened steel in the dim glow of scattered crystal fungi clinging to the cave walls.
From their high vantage point behind boulders and hanging rock teeth, they observed… and waited.
"Hold position," whispered the squad captain.
"They're coming."
Minutes passed. Then footsteps echoed—soft but steady.
A procession of figures in green robes, each marked with an emblem:
concentric white rings, like ripples spreading through a pool of corruption.
They entered the tunnel in formation—silent, armed, and strangely synchronized.
"On guard," the captain warned. "Don't make any unnecessary move".Just watch."
In the shadows above, one of the soldiers ( Bran forn)gripped the stone silently, eyes narrowed. His thoughts churned.
"That's them."
His gaze flicked to the man crouched beside him—
Rox Darman, the mission commander.
And also the chief of the Spy Divisio, known throughout the kingdom as "The Phantom".
Bran's inner voice narrated ," everyone in the Shadow Warriors believed"
"Chief Rox Darman… one of the strongest minds and blades in the realm.
Chosen by Lord Tatsunokami himself.
Our division doesn't exist in records. But our work... can shift kingdoms."
We are known as Shadow Solders Who works in Shadow.
We always try to acquire sensitive information of enemy troops, their movements, their plannings , their evil intensions during the war periods.
But we also work to hunt internal threats in Kingdom.
He took a silent breath.
"We are the Shadow Warriors. And tonight... we are following a group of more than 100 people.
They can be the main accused of children kidnappings happening from past few weeks.
Rox raised a hand—a subtle command.
Camouflage magic shimmered briefly around the squad.
"We're moving. Silent. Follow them Silently.
One by one, the shadows melted from the rocks and flowed deeper into the tunnel, becoming part of the darkness itself.
The hunt had begun.
A few days ago, whispers began to spread—
children were disappearing near the outer edges of the Forest of Thorns.
At first, people thought it was wild animals or bandits.
But the numbers kept growing.
Only children. Always vanishing. And never a single body found.
Fear gripped the villages.
The Security Division was deployed.
They combed the forest—up to the Thorn Borders.
But the forest is massive, ancient, and cruel.
Even with trained eyes and soldiers, they couldn't penetrate the inner region.
Then came the disaster.
A special squad of sixteen elite soldiers was formed.
Handpicked. Hardened veterans.
They crossed the Thorn Borders—
and on the fourteen days we lost contact with them, no one sending response from them.
On the fifteenth day, they were found.
Their bodies at the borders—ripped apart.
Clawed open by something massive.
Something alive.
The forest fell silent again.
No more reports also send from forest spirits of this incident.
We conclude that this must be a work of a Mystical beast.
Then came another strange report—
Our God, Tatsunokami, suddenly retreated into seclusion at the Temple.
He often did that to awaken his inner powers…
But this time, no new instructions followed.
And for the first time ever—no response from above from Forest spirits.
Even the upper ministers don't know anything about it.
The Spy Division was activated.
And this time—Chief Rox Darman himself would lead the mission.
