Darian immediately felt a subtle death-Yin rising in that fallen body. After cutting the connection, whatever was sustaining its life vanished along with it.
They moved closer, and Darian carefully analyzed the body. For someone to become a Risen, the three life energies would first get corrupted and disappear. He pulled out the Stellar Ore and used a bit of all three energies.
He placed them exactly where they should go inside the body. But he quickly realized that the body couldn't use them anymore. The corruption had spread through all the flesh and meridians.
Darian already knew he couldn't heal corruption coming from a Risen Chief or above. Wounds caused by them, if purified quickly before sinking too deep into the body, could still be removed.
But all these Risen had been transformed directly by a Risen Lord's power. The level was insanely dense, and their bodies were completely corrupted. Technically, it should've been impossible to do anything about it…
