Eight year has passed and Martin is eight years old in school, Lorelei started working again as Ledger is at work. They had fun in the marriage, Jonathan draw closer to Ledger but with a dark interaction so one day as Lorelei and Ledger are at home cuddling each other as they watched a movie but then Ledger receives a text from Jonathan.

Ledger didn't answer and continued to watch the movie with Lorelei but she dozes off. When 7 clocked he slowly got up not to awake Lorelei went to shower and came back to find her awake.
"Hey baby" he says kissing her forehead
"Hey, where you going?" she asks
"Am gonna meet up with Jonathan for some drinks" he says this worried her
"Bit babe, I have a bad feeling about this"
"Why baby?" he asks
"I just have a bad feeling like something wrong is gonna happen"
"Baby, don't worry everything will be fine"
"Please don't go, I don't wonna lose you again"
"You won't lose me, just a few drinks with Jonathan"
"It's Jonathan I don't trust, I feel like his gonna do something to you"
"I trust him, don't worry love, I will be back before you know it" after dressing up he hugs her and kisses her forehead. She clams down and hugs him back but cut short with a sound of the car beeping outside.
"It's time for me to go babe"
"Ok, I love you" she says with a sad look in her face
"I love you too" kisses her and leaves.
Lorelei spent the night awake worried that something wrong might happen to him when he didn't come back that night she grew more worried and called the police, the police came that evening broke the news to her that Ledger was murdered which broke her heart and in tears.
