Chapter 46 - 46: Kakashi’s Big Trade

In the forest clearing, morning turned to afternoon.

Everyone sat on the grass.

Shen Mo sat cross-legged, holding System-made cat treats. Haimaru sprawled on his lap, nibbling daintily—cute, warm, and perfect for passing time.

But Shen Mo wasn't focused on petting.

Tsunade, before him, opened cans with nervous excitement.

As the GM, Shen Mo pondered how to boost the cans' allure and anticipation.

So far, some only chased cans for their desires.

Like Tsunade's revival hope.

Watching her eager eyes, Shen Mo schemed.

Revival must come eventually.

Stringing her along risks killing enthusiasm.

New anticipation needs quick setup.

In games, items have known value, so players aren't clueless and anticipate their use.

Not a game?

Create game-like conditions.

Shen Mo glanced at Sasuke, sure his sword physique hint was right. If Sasuke pulls it later, it'll flow naturally.

Selling cans means nurturing endless expectation.

"Shen Mo," Tsunade said, holding a small bottle. "What's this pill?"

She'd opened all ten cans, this new pill the only unknown.

"Youth Pill," Shen Mo said, smiling. "One keeps your looks young for a year. Two inside, right? Take them, and for two years, no chakra needed to stay youthful."

"Hiss—" Tsunade gasped, thrilled. "Even this exists?"

"Of course," Shen Mo said, hinting. "Medical cans are a huge category."

Sakura, watching, was green with envy.

Only twelve, but no woman dislikes such pills.

"Kakashi, this is mine, take the rest," Tsunade said, swallowing one. Her skin glowed, no aging signs even without youth-chakra.

Knowing Level 2 rarely yields revival, her anticipation soared.

Kakashi didn't hold back.

He took a healing bottle and a box of chakra-restore pills—more useful to him.

"Keep going!" Tsunade said, looking at Shen Mo, fired up, eyes reddening. "My full ninjutsu and medical knowledge—how much?"

"Just knowledge, not memories or experience…" Shen Mo checked the System. "About twenty-one sets of Level 2 cans."

"That's it?" Tsunade frowned.

Twenty-one sets, roughly one hundred million. She thought her secrets were worth more.

"The real value's in your unique jutsu, researched medicine, and exclusive experience," Shen Mo said, spreading his hands. "One hundred million plus is high since you're the first to sell these. Otherwise, it'd drop seventy-eighty percent. Unless—you sell memories too. That'd double it."

Common knowledge is cheap.

Only memories and experience fetch more.

Kakashi could use that trick.

His low-tier, miscellaneous jutsu were only valuable for experience and memories.

"Whatever, bring the cans," Tsunade said, regretting not researching more.

True, she was a top medical ninja, but most of her skills were learned and refined, not invented.

Among the Sannin, she knew the fewest jutsu.

But Tsunade brushed it off—regret's useless. Watching the cans, she opened them, tense yet eager.

Kakashi leaned toward Shen Mo.

"Lord Shen Mo, my full knowledge and experience—how much?" he asked.

"Just knowledge? Not much more than Tsunade, since you created little," Shen Mo said, looking at Kakashi's headband-covered eye. "But that eye alone? Over ninety million."

Kakashi stayed silent, but Sasuke gasped.

"What—!"

One Sharingan, worth ninety million?

Nearly two hundred Level 2 cans?

"Sasuke, Kakashi's eye isn't a normal Sharingan," Shen Mo chuckled.

A Mangekyo Sharingan's System price was high, but not that high.

Its Kamui, opening other dimensions, had huge potential.

Unlike Devil Fruits or Professor X's powers, which need long development, Sharingan abilities were instant, though overusing risked blindness and high energy costs. Without those flaws, it'd be pricier.

Kakashi touched his eye.

Obito's gift was this valuable?

"This eye's not for sale," Kakashi said, shaking his head, sighing. "No choice then. I'll sell all my ninjutsu knowledge, plus some jutsu memories and experience. Need a list?"

"Nope," Shen Mo said, smiling mysteriously. "My trades? You agree to sell your stuff, I handle the rest."

Once Kakashi confirmed and Shen Mo gave the cans, the deal was set.

Shen Mo could extract and convert to Trade Points via the System.

"So mystical…" Kakashi muttered, then asked, "How much?"

"Just what you're selling now? About three hundred ten million ," Shen Mo replied.

Kakashi went hard.

Post-sale, the Copy Ninja's jutsu count would drop below a hundred.

Shen Mo estimated selling all his jutsu memories and unique experience would hit thirty million Trade Points. Now? Eighteen million.

Only elite usage memories remained.

After this, common jutsu in this world would be near-worthless.

But…

Their combined profits could buy Professor X's mutant powers.
