Kyan's eyes squinted open, blinking at the soft sunlight leaking through silk curtains.
His head pounded.
He yawned, stretched—and froze.
He was shirtless.
And pressed up against a very warm, very half-naked Nico.
"What the—?!" Kyan jerked up like the bed was on fire, grabbing the nearest shirt—Nico's—and clutching it to his chest. "What the hell is going on?!"
Nico stirred lazily beside him, one eye opening, voice still husky. "Morning, softie…"
Kyan's eyes flared. "Don't you 'softie' me, you manipulative bastard!"
Nico blinked. "What?"
"You took advantage of me!" Kyan snapped, sliding off the bed, tripping slightly, but still fiery. "I was drunk. D-R-U-N-K. And you let me sleep next to you half-naked?!"
"Nothing happened," Nico said calmly, sitting up, the sheets falling off his torso like a damn cologne ad. "You were clinging to me like a koala—what was I supposed to do, throw you out the window?"
