Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Quantum Wave Speed Reading

One whole evening.

Counting it up, three self-study classes plus break time is just about three hours.

Increasing four students' grades in three hours was something that the former academic god Chu River couldn't accomplish.

But now, Chu River moved all the fortress-like stacks of books and materials from the table to the floor, then spread out the four comprehensive guides given by Gao Tiantian and others, and flipped through them one by one.

The movements were so fast, it seemed like an arm workout.

It wasn't just the materials they provided, but also recent exams and question types synthesis...

The papers were flipped sheet by sheet, and quickly replaced with new ones.

The pages were turned with a steady rustle.

In the quiet self-study session, only vague whispers could be heard, and her scene of flipping pages soon caught the attention of many students.

But.

Who could possibly critique the actions of an academic god?

Maybe their scores weren't crushed enough yet.

So everyone curiously watched for a minute or two, realized they were wasting time, and quickly went back to doing their practice problems.

In the back row, Little Curls Li Yi and Wang Jiaxuan widened their eyes, stretched their necks as if they were geese watching intently—

"Is this the method of study of an academic god?"

They murmured:

"No wonder they can score 150. This method is called 'Quantum Wave Speed Reading,' normal people can't do it."

Little Glasses had a serious look, deep in thought.

While Little Curls was completely puzzled—

"What do you mean?"

Nearby students also quietly pricked up their ears—

Shocking!

The academic god's secret technique! The score improvement bible!

Only to see Wang Jiaxuan pushed his glasses, calmly saying:

"It's a new method of learning. Through quantum wave speed reading, everything one sees changes through quantum normality, presenting a virtual image in the brain, achieving permanent memory—"

The expressions of the crowd slowly got out of control—

"—in a completely nonsensical way."

Crowd: ...!!!

Damn!

"What the hell!"

Little Curls hugged Little Glasses' neck, pressing his face tightly against his own chest, rubbing his head like a goose.

Poor glasses were squished into a mess.

"Ungrateful! Academic god is working hard to improve our grades, and you're joking here! If a distraction causes the academic god to fill in a wrong number, every point I'm short of full marks in the college entrance exam means a beating for you!"

Relying on his tall and strong figure, Little Curls tormented Little Glasses who whimpered.

After a while, they calmed down.

"Seriously..."

Little Glasses wiped his lenses clean again:

"Can the academic god really succeed like this?"

"Definitely."

Little Curls now was a crazy believer:

"There are differences between people, don't you believe it, the academic god can score full marks, can you?"

—I can't.

Little Glasses took another glance at the academic god's frantic page-turning, sighed—

"Forget it, ultimately it's still up to our own efforts, let's hurry and keep practicing."

He added with tear-filled complaints:

"Just a month, hurry through it, and we'll be free once in college..."

...

The commotion in the back row, the words, Chu River heard nothing of it, nor felt it.

At this moment, all her focus was on the booklet in front of her, her spiritual power flowing wildly, her entire consciousness sinking into her spiritual sea's core.

Only here could her thoughts and ideas become reality and achieve the fastest speed.

And it was only here that she could repay the next hundred or so meals.

A full hour had passed.

When the bell for the second self-study class rang, Chu River seemed to come back to senses, taking a blank notebook offered by everyone and started writing frantically.

Like a tireless typing machine.

Her pen speed was extremely fast, clearly the same handwriting as before, yet upon close inspection, it didn't look quite the same.

The pen stroke exuded a sharp intent, with no sign of restraint.

Even with such heavy and rapid writing, each character remained clear and beautiful.

She herself seemed completely unaware of any wrist fatigue, word after word, symbol after symbol, continuous and unending.

The blank notebook was quickly filled.

Soon, the thick notebook was densely packed with notes.

And she swiftly moved on to the next one...

...

By the time the third evening self-study ended, it was already 10 o'clock sharp.

The senior year students no longer rushed out wildly after school ended.

Students who no longer wanted to study carefully packed their things while hesitantly watching others working hard, as if leaving early would show they didn't care about grades.

While some were so engrossed in practice problems, they couldn't lift their heads, hating why time passed so quickly!

At this moment, Chu River gently tapped her pen on the desk.

The sound wasn't loud, especially with the rising noise in the class, it was almost inaudible.

Yet somehow, not only did nearby Little Curls and Little Glasses, but even Gao Tiantian from afar and Chen Xinyue, who was buried in problems, all instinctively stopped writing and looked in her direction.

Chu River, however, took a long breath of relief, her tense spiritual power relaxing, like a jellyfish being placed in water, drifting and settling around, exceptionally at ease.

She stood up, stretched largely, moved her shoulders, rubbed her wrist, and nodded her chin at Gao Tiantian who was looking hopefully over here:

"Come over, get your notes."

"Is it done already?"

Gao Tiantian joyfully rushed over:

"Which subject is it for?"

They were from a science class, Chu River had asked for materials from all subjects, now sacrificing an entire evening self-study session just to help them—

Gao Tiantian felt so touched!

Chu River stopped rubbing her wrist.

"Hmm..."

She asked confusedly:

"Do the subjects need to be separated? I've compiled them all into one notebook."

Gao Tiantian: ...

She blankly flipped open the notebook filled with dense notes, her expression stiffened.

"You spent one whole evening—"

"Organized this much?"

My goodness!

At this moment, Chen Xinyue, Little Curls, and Little Glasses all crowded over, each taking their own notebook, and were similarly astonished by the notes written densely inside.

When they sent these notebooks over, they had intentionally found blank ones as requested!

Just one evening, what kind of human typewriter is this?

Looking again at Chu River rubbing her wrist, they exchanged a glance, feeling both sour and overwhelmed inside—

Having known each other for two years, they never knew the academic god was so soft inside, yet so resolute.

Just two meals, and she went to such lengths—

"Wahhh—Hic!"

Gao Tiantian's nearly collapsing cries were elbowed back into her stomach by Chen Xinyue.

Meanwhile, Chen Xinyue looked at Chu River and seriously asked:

"Do you like braised dishes? My family owns a braised food shop."
