Chapter 44: Jiraiya is in Trouble (Part 1)
"Kazuya Nakamura, what do you mean!?" Hyuga Yuto was furious that his sister had been spied on.
As a garrison member, I had let people escape, which was a great shame! The person who came was Nakamura Kazuya, and Danzo had wanted to insert him into the garrison so that he could take the opportunity to seize power.

Kazuya Nakamura and the others laughed, savoring the moment as they saw Hinata's frustration. They let out a sigh of relief.
Hinata and the others dared not speak up in anger, and Hyuga Aiko reluctantly swallowed her frustration.
Just then, a figure appeared behind Kazuya Nakamura and kicked him off the roof. He grabbed the remaining two root members and slammed them together. With a glance, the last person fell to the ground.
"As long as it's a public security issue, it falls under the garrison's control. Anyone who commits a crime will face the same consequences," Kaien said coldly, looking at Kazuya Nakamura. After a few minutes, Kaien stopped. He spotted an obscene figure peeping around a corner – it was a white-haired man, peeking into the women's bathhouse.
"Hey... hey, hey, hey..." Jiraiya let out a lewd laugh as he took out a small notebook to make notes.
Kaien immediately drew a shuriken and threw it, but Jiraiya swiftly used his long white hair to deflect the attack.
Bite... bite... The shuriken was flicked off.
Jiraiya was furious. "You bastard, what are you doing?!"
Kaien shouted, "Bold fanatic! How dare you peep into the women's bath in broad daylight! You're looking for death!"
The sound was like thunder, echoing throughout the entire commercial district of Konoha. People began to gather, and the commotion in the women's bath was heard.
"Not good!" Jiraiya saw the crowd gathering and panicked, trying to escape. But Kaien blocked the way.
Kaien didn't show any anger. With more and more people gathering, Jiraiya had no choice but to engage in a fight. At first, Jiraiya was trying to hold back, but soon, he began using his full strength. Despite his efforts, Kaien only defended and didn't attack, trapping Jiraiya in place.
Seeing that more and more villagers were gathering, Jiraiya recognized the Hokage's shadow hidden in the corner. But the Hokage didn't step in. He stopped in a hurry and said to Kaien, "Hey, stinky boy, let me go. I'm Jiraiya."
Kaien, however, didn't buy it. As more villagers gathered, Kaien shouted, "All Konoha villagers, listen up! The person in front of me is a voyeur who peeks at the women's bath. And his identity is none other than one of Konoha's legendary Three Ninjas!"
"What!? Jiraiya-sama is a voyeur?!"
"Huh? Is this Jiraiya-sama?"
"Ugh, this is disgusting. I can't believe I looked up to him."
Jiraiya's face turned pale. The Uchiha clan members in front of him knew him. This had to be a setup!
"As a great man of Konoha Village, an apprentice to the Third Hokage, and yet he engages in such dirty behavior," Kaien continued. "I'm the patrol leader of the garrison, but because of your status, I can't arrest you. However, I must warn all women here to stay vigilant."
"And when you go to bathe, beware of people like him. Avoid places where such self-serving individuals may lurk, otherwise, your wife, daughter, or sister could be violated by him."
The crowd murmured angrily.
"It's disgusting. I'll make sure to take a detour if I ever see him."
"Don't bathe in places where people can sneak peeks, or you'll be subjected to this."
"To think that an apprentice of the Hokage would have such vile habits."
Kaien, holding the scroll, declared, "I'm Kaien Uchiha, the patrol leader of the garrison, tasked with maintaining law and order. Because you are the apprentice of the Third Hokage, I can't arrest you, but I must warn the villagers."
Jiraiya froze when he heard his name. He realized why the Third Hokage had warned him about this person. Kaien was someone he could not ignore.

"Aiko Hyuga! You can testify!"
