LOG 61 – THE FIRE INCIDENT

DATE: ██/██/████

LOCATION: Site-███, Containment Wing C

SUPERVISING STAFF: Dr. Quinn

ADDITIONAL STAFF INVOLVED: Containment Engineer Markus, Fire Response Unit Echo-7, Site Administrator ███████

SUBJECTS INVOLVED: SCP-105, SCP-████ ("Null")

BEGIN LOG

Overview:At 03:14 hours, Site-███ emergency fire suppression systems were triggered in Containment Chamber 105-A, belonging to SCP-105. Initial readings detected rapid temperature elevation and structural compromise localized to a malfunction involving photographic chemical agents during a controlled testing session.

Though no personnel were injured and SCP-105 was unharmed, her containment chamber suffered significant interior damage, rendering it unsuitable for reoccupation pending full repair.

Incident Summary:SCP-105 had been conducting an experiment involving long-exposure photographic development paired with anomalous object interaction. Despite pre-cleared protocols, an unexpected chemical combustion occurred, spreading across the chamber within seconds. Fire was contained within 11 minutes via automated systems and rapid response by Echo-7.

Following decontamination and medical clearance, SCP-105 submitted a request directly to Dr. Quinn:

"Until repairs are complete… I'd prefer to stay with him."

"Him", of course, referring to SCP-Null.

After a multi-departmental review—and taking into account prior behavioral compatibility and emotional stability logs—it was determined that SCP-105 would be temporarily relocated to SCP-Null's chamber.

However, due to spatial limitations and the need to maintain comfortable and productive interaction between both SCPs, SCP-Null's chamber was upgraded and relocated.

The new containment chamber remains fully secured but has been refitted with:

A dual bedding arrangement (single shared mattress was SCP-105's suggestion, approved).

Seating, desk space, and reading area.

An artificial skylight to simulate natural daylight cycles.

Temperature and comfort controls appropriate for shared occupancy.

Additional surveillance, though at minimal intrusiveness for stability.

Despite original projections estimating a one-week repair timeline for Chamber 105-A, the relocation has not been reversed. In fact, per Dr. Quinn's final notes:

"They've adjusted better than anyone could have expected. She cooks, he reads. They share space like it was always meant to be."

Decision:As of this log, SCP-105 will remain indefinitely in shared occupancy with SCP-Null, pending future reassessment or change in containment policy. Behavioral logs will continue under standard monitoring protocols.

NOTE:This marks the first permanent cohabitation instance in Site-███ history between two SCP subjects of humanoid classification, both of which maintain consistent psychological and anomaly stability.
