God's Ultimate Heavy Kick!!!
Kairos Flint launched a brutal kick directly into Kaido's chest.
BOOM!!!
A thunderous impact echoed out. The ground beneath them caved in, and for a split second, time itself seemed to tremble.
At the point of impact, a violent shockwave erupted—rocks and dust were blasted into the air, creating a storm of debris.
But Kaido—now in his Hybrid Form—merely grunted. This kick may have been heavy, but to him, it was manageable.
FWOOOOSH!!!
A fierce wind howled as Kaido emerged from the pit.
Gripping his massive spiked club tightly—now enveloped in Conqueror's Haki and Armament Haki—Kaido swung it down viciously toward Kairos.
God's Technique: Thunder Spear!!!
Kairos reacted instantly, stretching out his hand as a spear of visible lightning condensed in his palm.
He raised the Thunder Spear and braced himself.
BOOM!!!
A massive mushroom cloud exploded into the sky as their attacks clashed again.
The force was overwhelming. Two emperor-level combatants—neither backing down.
But at this level of power, it's not so easy to declare a victor.
Though Kairos had attained a true god-level physique, he had only recently begun to fully harness his new strength. And let's be honest—
"Soft beds and beautiful women are addicting," Kairos muttered.
No man could easily resist such temptations. And while he wasn't exactly slacking off, he hadn't mastered everything yet.
Still—70 to 80% mastery of his god-tier power was enough to overwhelm most.
Certainly enough to overpower Kaido.
The sheer quality of Kairos's body, at this divine level, was on a different plane altogether.
Yet—
Kaido was nothing if not stubborn.
After two devastating blows, he was still standing, still ready to fight.
Of course, Kairos realized he may have overestimated the immediate destructive power of his techniques.
Maybe he had been a little too confident, thinking Kaido would fall quickly.
But Kaido wasn't just any emperor.
He was one of the Four Emperors, the absolute pinnacle of power in the New World.
And to hold that position, in a sea filled with other emperor-level warriors?
You had to be the strongest of the strong.
"RAAAAAHHH!!!" — Roaring Thunder Bagua!!!
Kaido bellowed as he charged forward, both hands gripping his mace. His entire weapon pulsed with pure, crackling Haki.
This strike was fast. Violent. Terrifying.
But Kairos was faster.
God's Technique: Thunder God's Charge!!!
He gripped his Thunder Spear and drove it forward—straight into Kaido's incoming blow.
CRACK—BOOM!!!
The second the two forces collided, Kairos's spear detonated.
He had released it at the exact moment of impact—intentionally.
The spear, made of condensed lightning, wasn't just dangerous—it was hot, radiating at extreme temperatures.
Truthfully, it would've been easier to just use his Third Generation Ghost Blade.
But instead, Kairos opted for an explosion-based counter.
And just as expected—
KRA-KA-THOOM!!!
Another towering mushroom cloud erupted into the sky.
Bolts of lightning shot in every direction, merging with the storm clouds above, as if the heavens themselves had joined the battle.
Nearby…
The Mythical Sky, Kairos's ship, hovered closer to the battlefield.
Just offshore, Nami and the crew had finally caught up.
They had been delayed—not because they were slow, but because the shockwaves from Kairos and Kaido's battle were massive.
Giant waves had battered their ship the whole way.
The crew spent most of their energy just keeping the ship from capsizing.
But thankfully…
Apart from Baby-5, whose strength was still growing, the rest of the crew had been boosted to emperor-level after receiving epic-tier power crystals from Kairos.
With strength like that, if they couldn't handle a few waves, then what were they even doing out here?
"It's only been a few days… and we've already run into another Yonko."
Nami sighed, arms crossed.
She wasn't too worried though.
After all, Kairos had already defeated Whitebeard.
Sure, Kaido was another monster among the Four Emperors—but if Kairos had taken down Whitebeard, would he really lose to Kaido?
Highly unlikely.
She wasn't the only one who thought so. The rest of the crew shared the same sentiment.
They had complete faith in Kairos Flint.
"The Four Emperors are no joke," Vivi added, her eyes fixed on the sky. "Still… it'd be kinda fun to fight Kaido myself."
Since eating the BattleGreymon Devil Fruit crystal, Vivi had developed a more aggressive, battle-hungry personality.
Watching the clash in the distance made her fingers twitch.
She wanted in.
"Don't stir up trouble," Robin said with a soft smile.
"This is the captain's battle."
