With Violet's permission Francis is currently checking the mystery woman, the one who had came with his Viktor. Sitting back Francis goes over the notes of the previous temporary doctor and comparing them to his new notes he had just jotted down.
"Sir Francis...is everything okay?" Francis looks at the woman, Elisabeth Reiner. Though now-a-days it's pretty common for a commoner to have a unique last name outside side of their family's trade it still felt abnormal for him.
"As far as I'm aware it is Miss Reiner, though I am a Lord not a Sir as I'm not a knight but a simple Physican" he smiles the same way every physian does. He looks at her, her white hair flowy hair, her ruby red eyes almost everything about her was enchanting. Even to Francis a man who barely paid attention to anyone in that way. But then there was something in the back of his mind when being even this close to her, something clawing begging to for him to run away from her.
"Ah sorry Lord Francis" She smiles clasping her hands together, "in all honesty I keep on making such mistakes I worry it'll reflect badly on Viktor..." she holds her face pittifully. Francis just nodding looks down at his notes.
"It's quite alright Miss Reiner, though back on topic as well as it looks I'll need to request some additional tests." He closes his note book sliding it into his inner coat pocket, "Mostly to see if your mana won't harm the child in any way shape or form" he stands up gathering his tools.
"How would my mana affect the baby?" She looks up at him with a concerned expression, she stands up and walks over to him grasping his hands.
"Um" Francis moves back, composing himself he puts his hands behind his back "I'm unsure if the people you've been living with in the village you were in before coming here are aware. If there's a great mana difference between the father and mother of the child inside the expecting mother then it can cause harm to the child, mother or both" he explains as he picks up his tool case "though if you've never shown any traces of magic or high levels of mana you shouldn't have to worry about it." Francis looks at Elisabeth, though her gaze is down towards her stomach where her hands were placed.
"Lord Francis, when I did the mana level tests when I was younger. I had the mana amount of a lower noble..." she looks up at him with tears in her eyes holding her hands in front of her chest, "Does that mean my baby is at risk?" Looking down at her he takes another step back thinking,
"Perhaps, to be on the safe side don't use magic just to be sure. I'm sure his highness wouldn't want anything to happen to the baby" Francis bows slightly, "I wish you and the baby luck" he then excuses himself.
As Elisabeth sits down she sighs leaning on the armchair, "This is more annoying that I thought it'd be..."

While Elisabeth was being examined Viktor and his two younger brothers were in their bi-weekly meeting regarding the Empire and the Human Kingdom within it.
"So far everything with the other Empires has been sorted, as for our own the only thing which is needed to be completed is our hunting clothes" Windsor places down the related documents and looks at his older brother.
"Does that include clothes for Elisabeth?" Viktor leans back in his chair putting one leg over the other, Windsor and Juilius look at each other and then at their elder brother.
"I can add her to the list...though I'm unsure if the tailors would agree unless the Empress gives them her consent" Windsor grabs the list scratching his head thinking,
"And why do we need the Empress's consent on this matter? I'm the Emperor so my authority is higher than hers?" Viktor gives his brother a look,
"The reason why they'd want her consent dumbass is because that woman is unknown and a threat to the Empress, a threat to our Kingdom and even the Empire." Juilius points as he explains in a crudest manner, "After Violet became the Empress the only falter she had was a miscarriage but even then that wasn't her fault"
Viktor slams his fist on the table making everything on it either fall over or roll off, "Enough! This meeting has ended leave." With that Windsor grabs the papers he needs and the younger brothers leave closing the door behind them.
As they begin to walk Windsor looks at his younger brother, "Why are you like this? You just had to make Viktor mad" he kicks the back of Juilius' leg, though Juilius just continues to walk.
"I said what was needed to be said, his not going to accept the facts then he can be buried by the guilt" he quickens his pace ending the conversation. Windsor pulls his hair as he walks another direction from Juilius.
