They became clearer and clearer until I felt someone touch my shoulder. "Leo!" They said, I looked up and saw a worried Luna and Orion standing over me. I stood up and looked around again. I pointed at her. "You're dead. I killed you." She raised an eyebrow. "Leo, do I look dead to you?" "No, I saw you." Orion quickly walked in front of me, blocking the path. "Leo, you did not kill Luna; she's alive and well." I looked over at her, and she smiled back at me. "Wait, so what happened?" I asked. "You started to turn into a wolf, then jumped on me." He said, and I looked down at his clothes. They were torn as well as my own. He then went on to explain, "I used a shield I created to hold you back as you tried to pounce on Luna. Then, you just start spewing nonsense. It was like you couldn't see us." He finished. I blinked, trying to piece it all together. "I… I really don't remember. It's all a blur. Just rage and noise." Luna leaned down next to me like she did in the memory. She started speaking, but I could barely hear her. It was like the memory was blending into reality. "It was you, pathetic loser." The memory that Mimic showed me was starting to blend with this one. "What…" I said, looking at her. She raised an eyebrow. "All I said is that it wasn't you! Mimic did that to you, and we will always be here to help you, I promise." Luna said, putting her hand on mine. I could feel my reality warping, but I didn't want to worry Luna, so I smiled and said. "I know." Luna stood up and held out her hand, which I took. "We really need to hurry up and get this thing off of you, Leo, or it could cause permanent damage." I nodded, understanding what he said, but deep down, I knew that things would never be the same again.
The rest of the way there, I kept trying not to think about the pain because that would make it worse. We stopped at a tiny cabin. I was so lost in thought that I didn't even realize we stopped, so I bumped directly into Luna. She turned around and looked at me. "Are you ok?" Luna asked me. "Yeah, I'm fine," I said, walking in front of Luna, into the cabin. When we got inside the cabin, a woman was waiting for us. She had feather earrings, nice long brown hair, her skin tone was light brown, she wore a lot of rings, at least 5, she wore black tights, and a loose black shirt. "Orion! How are you?" She asked him as she went to hug him. "Selene! It's nice to see you again." He replied, hugging her back. "So, what brings you to my side of town?" Selene asked. Orion moved over, and she immediately saw Luna and me. "The moonlights?" She said, walking up to us. Selene touched me and immediately took her hand off. "I can feel it… the mark." She quickly started walking toward her potions.
"We need to get this mark off of him now, it's becoming one with him by then, it'd be too late." She said gathering the items she needed. Orion nodded. Selene created a circle out of salt. "Get him in there, now." Orion helped me get into the circle, and Selene started working her spell. I felt the mark coming off of me, and it burned. "OW," I screamed as the mark burned up. It felt like it was on fire. Suddenly, I knew that Selene was trying to kill me. I didn't know why, I just knew she was. "SELENE! GET AWAY FROM ME." I then became a Lion and tried to break my way through the circle. I roared loudly, trying to break out. Selene must have put a force field around it like the one at Orion's house, It was no use; I was stuck.
