Aria's POV
"Aria, you okay?" Maya's voice was gentle as she closed the door to my room. I sank onto the edge of my bed, heart still pounding from the morning's aftermath.
"I don't know," I admitted, rubbing my temples. The shame and humiliation from the office had left bruises deeper than any physical wound. Celeste's deepfake photos, Tessa's betrayal, and Damon's wavering trust haunted me. "I keep replaying every word."
Maya sat beside me, concern in her eyes. "You've been through so much. But you're alive, the babies are safe, and now…" She hesitated, searching for comfort. "We'll find proof to clear your name."
I exhaled, fingers twisting in the sheet. "I hope so. But how? Office security is tight; the logs are manipulated. Who can help?"
Maya squeezed my hand. "We'll keep searching. Sebastian and Godson are investigating. But maybe there's someone else who saw something."
