Mikey's POV...
Before I could even get a chance to activate my observation haki all i could feel was my body violently tearing through the air *boom* *boom* *boom* * Crack* * Crack* * splatter* *plop* Pain so violently mind numbing I couldn't even fully register it, My body Getting a real intimate examination with the natural fauna by being punched so hard fifteen trees that were behind me got a free low top fade for the low low price of my organs and bodily fluids.
When i finally regained enough focus to notice my situation I realized half my face was gone along with Having several broken bones probably all of them if i'm being honest and a good chunk of my brain spilling out from my exposed skull, which might I add A huge chunk of it was missing. After a while I Could feel my body beginning the process of rebuilding itself, After about thirty seconds i was good as new.
The ground started shaking as soon as I got up and when I looked ahead all i could see was a four ton cow man heading straight towards me on all fours, Activating electrification I jumped over him causing him to go crashing through some trees, Based off of my observations i could see that i stood no fucking chance in hell of beating this thing In a straight up fight so i had to figure out another way to kill this thing before i ended up dying somehow, Immortality are not this thing look like It was death's more aggressive little cousin ready to wipe me off the face of the planet.
Moulding and solidifying my magic i created a sharp sword modeled after a katana, Activating armament and observation haki To my limit i rushed ahead with a burst of electrification, Even so, it was still faster than me exploding into motion with the full force Of a bullet train, My senses and observation barely being able to keep up with it causing me to barely get out of the way of it's swipes, i slashed at it but getting not one drop of blood are a site of a cut, Dodging one more of it's attacks i made some distance between us.
"This thing has to at least been around for a couple of decades to be this strong on the surface, I would go so far to say it's stronger than any minotaur currently in the dungeon" I said muttering under my breath, A nervous sweat rolled down my face as i decided to switch to a ranged option. Condensing
My magic into my hands i then released it as Shot's towards the Minotaur.
Pelting the minotaur with magic bullets, mikey finds out that his magic doesn't affect the minotaur's hide so he decides to switch to his final gambit. "Since nothing I do effects it on the outside the only place left. to attack is the inside" mikey thinks to himself with a smile on his face.
"Roooooooooooar" letting out another bellowing roar the minotaur charges after mikey after plowing through another dozen trees, mid charge the minotaur gets a surprise look on its face as mikey runs towards it, pressing it's charged the minotaur increases its speed in order to crush mikey underfoot, a few seconds before they collide mikey jumps with a condensed ball of magic in his hands shoving it towards the minotaurs open mouth as a tried to let out another roar.
With mikeys entire arm down the minotaur's throat ,It starts to thrash and flail as it slims him into trees trying to get him to dislodge, releasing the ball of magic he lets it explode in the minotaur, causing him to lose his arm along with the minotaur losing a good portion of its upper body.
Mikey's POV....
laying here on the ground one hand gone and missing my left shoe i wonder to myself.
If doing all that training was worth it in the end, i mean i wasn't strong enough to take the minotaur on i was only able to dodge it's attacks if only barely but even though I focused on refining my magic.I see that it doesn't really affect higher level monsters, uh screw it. it's simply means I should join a familia get a falna and get a weapon worthy of me."That's it That's what I'll do" I think to myself with a smug smile tugging on my lips.
Then again i didn't actually know any magic,All I was doing was moulding my mana in a way to create constructs and shoot magic projectiles, "I guess i know my next steps for when I get to the city, I'll get a proper weapon and also try to learn actual spells".I thought with a resolute expression. "But i'll have to buy a grimwar and according to the anime those are pretty expensive" I thought again. "But thanks to the magic stones i've gathered over the months i've been here I think I'll have enough for at least a proper weapon" i thought again.
Getting up arm fully regenerated, I made my way back to my stuff after picking up the minotaur's magic Stone. after getting my stuff back i found the people that the minotaur was terrorizing before I arrived, a white-haired boy and a white-haired girl noticing that the two of them were unconscious and were slightly injured, i decided to help them one more time before leaving.
Rummaging through my bag, I found a cup and filled it halfway with water and proceeded to cut myself to fill it the rest of the way with my blood,A ability that not many people know ban has is to share his regeneration with people and things by using his blood.
Therefore, by diluting my blood with the water.I was using it to get rid of their injuries, "thanks to this i know what familia i'm going to join" I thought to myself ,feeding them the mixture i began to walk away. I wasn't worried they would begin to wake up in a couple of seconds and I didn't really care what happened at this point. The only thought that was on my mind was to make it to the city as quickly as possible.
