Meanwhile, in the northwest corner of the continent, in the Kingdom of Kai. A woman with long brown hair, wearing a yellow smiley-face mask, while sporting a red and black honfu, was walking down the street towards her new clinic. On the store sign it said 'Free Health Care For All!', with a smiley painted on the side.
"Hey, Dr. Fun! We got another one over here!" The clown nurse said as he waved at the masked woman who just entered the clinic.
Dr. Fun said nothing as she just gave him an okay sign with her hand while she put down her groceries, before approaching the bed of a very sickly-looking man covered in purple and black spots.
She then gestured for the clown nurse to hand her something. He first handed her a hack saw, then a screwdriver, then a scalpel, then some needles and string, before finally giving her a banana which she promptly ate before finishing the surgery.
2 hours later the man walked out of the clinic, cured of the local plague and with a sick-ass dog shaped stitching on his stomach.
"Another life saved! All in a day's work doc, am I right?!" The clown nurse said as he reached out for a high-five only to be left hanging by the smiley faced woman as she silently walked past him and back into the clinic to finish eating her lunch.
