While Eller was in ecstasy over awakening his observation haki, the news of Redclaw pirates annihilation was relayed to Navy HQ.
As a veteran vice admiral got his hands on the mysterious annihilation of the Redclaw pirates, numerous questions appeared in his heart.
For one, how could a vicious and cunning piratecrew like the Redclaw pirates be annihilated on a random island in the North Blue?
Though they were not a match for a HQ vice admiral, they would probably beat a veteran HQ rear admiral. And that was mirrored in the bounties, while Red Nails Trips bounty was 51.523 million beli, a monstrous amount in one of the four blues, he was not the only monstrous bounty in that pirate crew. His vice captain Oliver Trask had a bounty of 43.23 million beli.
If they were given time to grow and they reached Sabaody archipelago, they would most likely both have become supernovas.
And now somebody had killed them both on an insignificant island in the North Blue. If that's not suspicious, then nothing is.
As such after trying to think of any suspects for this he gave all information on this incident to his higher ups, after all many secrets have been buried by both the marines and the world government, if the person responsible for this is one of those people, then he wanted nothing to do with it. This is the cautiousness that comes with age.
As the fleet admiral Sengoku was having the with his two longtime best friends, the assistant of the veteran vice admiral, knocked on the door as was customary, gave a rundown of the situation and dropped the pile of files to his desk and left.
As Sengoku was grumbling about work making his hair white at an early age, Garp was taking the opportunity to kick Sengoku while he was down.
"Bwahaha. That's the reason I would never become a person of real authority, you just get worked to death, bwahaha." While all three knew that, that was not the reason why he never took the promotion, nobody mentioned it.
While Garp was badmouthing Sengoku, vice admiral Tsuru came to help with the work.
"Hmm there are not many people on the four blues that can take care of the Redclaw pirates. From these reports to take them down safely, HQ would most likely have to send a vice admiral which would be an overkill or around 3 rear admirals. Though mobilizing that much manpower to one of the four blues is pretty much impossible without special circumstances." Tsuru analyzed the information out loud.
"And according to the survivors of that island, the people who annihilated the Redclaw pirates were two women. According to testimonies of the islanders those two women also had children. While they are both around nine years old, the age of the two women are questionable. according to some older folks that survived. They came to the island around 10 years ago, along with them was a single man, but according to the inhabitants, he left around 9 years ago when one of the children was born. And the two women have not aged a single day according to the inhabitants of the island." Tsuru stated, as she asked her next question, both men furrowed their brows.
"So we cant accurately estimate the two womens ages, though it is unlikely that they are old, after all it's quite inconvenient to have children at an old age no matter one's physical condition.
So they are likely still in their forties, and at max they have lived through Rocks terror. So their identity could have easily been lost to the chaos." Tsuru summarized
"So youre saying that we have no clue about such young people just hiding in the North Blue?" Sengoku asked.
"Why does it matter if they are secretly living in the North Blue, for now they have only done us a favour by annihilating the Redclaw pirates." Garps boisterous words stopped the thoughts of the other two.
"Even though they haven't caused chaos yet, we have to be cautious. I will ask the marines in the North Blue to keep an eye on similar people, so we can investigate them better." Sengoku firmly stated.
While their group had gained the direct attention of the fleet admiral of the navy, the blissfully ignorant Eller was checking his new status.

Not only did we get much stronger after that fight, but all of our estimated potential rose by a level, Gurets Estimated potential rose to the purple level, though he was more talented than Ruth, he has bit of an timid personality, which is why he lags behind Ruth, hopefully this event will give him a bit more courage. And the most important thing for me, awakening observation haki!
Though I had a faint feeling on the island, I didn't have much time to test it, but now that I can calmly experience it, it still needs some work. After all, the thrill and peril of combat boosted my observation beyond its limits at the end of the fight, but I'm confident I can raise it to the previous level in a short amount of time." After Eller finished sorting out the benefits of this event, he went to ask if his mother knew about who those pirates were.
"Mom, do you know who those pirates were?"
"Yes sweetheart, they were a notorious pirate crew in the North Blue."
"Did they have a large bounty? And what was the composition of their crew?"
"They were the Redclaw pirates, while they had a couple of decent pirates for the North Blue, but in reality the only reason they survived was because of their captain and vice captain. Their bounties are 51.523 million beli for the captain and 43.23 million beli for the vice captain respectively." After Diana finished her explanation, Eller became curious and asked a question.
"But why did the navy let them roam free in the North Blue?"
"There are multiple reasons, the first reason is simply because the Redclaw pirates did not target members of the world government, so they simply were not a high priority. The second and most important reason was simply because they were too strong for North Blue. While the navy certainly has the strength to simply wipe them out, they don't have additional resources to wipe them out. The navy bases in the North Blue would have to team up to take down the Redclaw pirates, while the order keeping navy personnel would take heavy damage from such an action, inevitably causing more chaos.
While the navy HQs arms are tied up keeping paradise and the new world in relative peace.
So they don't have the resources to send a couple of rear admirals or a vice admiral to take care of them." Diana patiently explained.
While Diana was patiently explaining things to Eller, he was in fact scheming on how to get guidance for his haki from her, without blatantly stating that he knew about it already.
"By the way when the three of us were fighting a pirate on the edge of the village i got a special feeling, like I could accurately predict the way he would attack." Eller was enthusiastically baiting his mother for more information.
"By the way, Eller, could you look at this map?" Diana asked Eller.
Eller, quite annoyed by the brushoff, still started to intensely look at the map. When he was fully focused he got a fatal feeling. As he looked to the side he saw Diana pointing a black finger at him.
"So you actually awakened it." Diana sounding impressed stated.
"So you know what it is, can you tell me about it?" Eller eagerly asked.
Diana hesitating for a moment stated. "It's a special form of sixth sense, it allows you to feel and "see" different things beyond your sight, it's called observation haki."
"How does that work?" Eller, while having already awakened his observation haki, was still clueless on the works of its intricacies.
