He looked at Tsunade:

Tsunade stepped forward:

"Then I'll deal with you first," Madara said coldly.
Mei scolded:
"You think we'll let you easily take out our medical ninja?"
Madara scoffed:
"Because she's Hashirama's descendant!"
"Your medical ninjutsu only delays death!"
"Compared to Hashirama, you're weak!"
"He healed without seals. His jutsu were unmatched!"
"Our battle was a true fight to the death — not like this joke!"
Madara crossed his arms:
"Compared to Hashirama, even as his descendant, what are you?"
"You can't use Wood Style, your medical skills are subpar, and you're just a woman."
"An ugly woman at that — a cheap knockoff of the Senju!"
Tsunade interrupted him:

Ōnoki sneaks behind and attacks with Dust Release — but Madara absorbs it with his Rinnegan!
Ōnoki:
"But before, you couldn't—"
Madara interrupts:
"I just wanted to show you Hashirama's smile."
Someone mutters:
"He used a clone to survive... so we forced him into a corner!"
Madara:
"It was five against one."
Mei adds:
"Even so, we must fight — you are Uchiha Madara!"
Madara:
"I won't say you're despicable — five-on-one just makes it more fun!"
He forms seals — and from the trees, summons 25 Wood Clone Susanoo!
Madara:
"This is true five-on-one! Actually, it's five-on-twenty-five!"
"Question — should my clones use Susanoo too?"
Answering his own question with malice, all 25 clones activate Third Form Susanoo.
Kazekage:
"So it's one-on-five?"
Ōnoki corrects:
"No — it's five-on-twenty-five!"
The Kage team up and begin the epic battle!
One Susanoo gets blasted away. Gaara, protecting Mei, gets hit and falls!
Tsunade takes two long swords in the abdomen, kills a Susanoo in return, but collapses in exhaustion.
Raikage:
"This is madness, Tsunade is down!"
Distracted, Raikage is caught and nearly finished by a Susanoo, placed under genjutsu by Madara's Sharingan.
Before the swords land, Ōnoki pulls him back and breaks the genjutsu.
Ōnoki shouts:
"Stand up, everyone!"
"In this moment, we cannot back down!"
"We must live up to the title of Kage!"
