Chapter 44 - Chapter 44 Ur's Resurrection

The electric light slowly dissipated, and a young, beautiful, and very capable-looking woman with short hair lay in the formation.

Caesar looked at himself safe and sound and smiled slightly.

His idea was correct, the taboo formed from the human body is the soul!

In addition, he had the Philosopher's Stone, so it was not difficult to simply refine it into a body.

But this was not the end, it was the beginning!

Carrying Ur's body to the edge of the ice, Caesar wiped off the original formation, then took out the metal rod and began to slowly and firmly cover the bodies of Dai Lyonla and Ur in a huge building in the alchemy array.

Caesar painted this alchemy array very carefully and it was also extremely time-consuming.

It took Caesar three hours to complete the alchemical formation.

Looking at his masterpiece, Caesar clapped his hands directly and pressed them on the alchemy array without any hesitation.

In the next moment, Caesar continuously sent his powerful magic into the alchemy array. The originally peaceful alchemy array suddenly came to life and was completely activated in an instant!

In an instant, dazzling light burst out, intertwined with surging magic power, and shot straight into the sky like a huge and blazing torrent!

In the blink of an eye, the thick, dense dark clouds in the sky were pierced through by this terrifying force!

For a time, the sun shone on the earth without hindrance, and the originally dark and gloomy world instantly became brighter. In the hole in the clouds, a vast blue sky as pure and deep as a gem was revealed.

"Stop!"

At this moment, a shrill scream sounded.

Caesar didn't look back, but just by listening to the voice, he knew it was Gray's voice.

After more than five hours, Gray and Natsu finally caught up with Caesar, but as soon as they arrived, they saw the alchemy array being activated.

Gray, who didn't understand why, immediately wanted to stop Caesar, his hands just about ready to attack.

In the alchemy formation, Ur's body, which was originally lifeless on the ground, began to float slowly. It was as if there was an invisible force lifting her up, causing her to gradually leave the ground.

At the same time, the surface of the ice began to emit a faint light. These lights were just specks at first, but they became brighter and brighter over time, like stars twinkling in the night sky. Each point of light gently wrapped around Ur's body, tightly connecting her to the ice.

These bonds were not static but flowed slowly like water. Sometimes they flickered and sometimes dimmed, as if conveying a mysterious message or energy. Ur's body trembled slightly under the influence of this force, as if she was undergoing a transformation.

This scene stunned Gray, who was about to attack.

Looking at the figure floating in the formation, that familiar face, Gray trembled constantly, and tears welled in his eyes.

"Ur."

With an almost murmuring voice, Gray's legs weakened and he knelt in the snow, tears dripping.

"Gray, what's wrong with you?"

Natsu looked at Gray's strange behavior and then at Caesar. For a moment, he felt like he might actually grow a brain.

"Don't mess with me."

At this moment, Caesar's voice suddenly sounded.

With his back to the two and the cat, Caesar said calmly: "The ice on Lyon's body seems to be a person. I'm using my alchemy to peel off the ice to see if I can save this person. Don't interfere, or I might fail. Understand?"

"Huh? What about the art of repairing tatters?"

Natsu used the guild's nickname for alchemy.

"I see!"

Gray wiped his tears, stood up, and said to Natsu and Happy: "Natsu, Happy, that person is my Master. This is a critical moment, so I ask you to help Caesar. Don't let anything interfere, okay?"

Natsu was stunned. This was the first time he heard a hint of pleading from Gray.

Although they didn't get along, Natsu knew when to be serious.

After punching Gray hard, Natsu said to him, "Of course, we are Fairy Tail!"

"Aye!"

Happy also raised his paw and responded.

Gray nodded and said softly, "Thank you."

The two quickly stood on the left and right of Caesar, and Happy flew into the air to watch over the earth.

They waited silently, remaining vigilant, not letting anyone interfere.

As the alchemy array continued to operate, countless stars with faint light flashed across the sky like meteors and poured into Ur's body. Each starlight seemed to carry endless mysterious power, merging with Ur's body, making her aura stronger.

Finally, after all the starlight was integrated, Ur's body began to slowly fall, landing steadily on the solid ground.

At this moment, Caesar, who had been concentrating on controlling the alchemy array, also slowly stood up. His face showed a tired but satisfied expression, and he exhaled deeply, releasing long-held pressure.

"Did it... succeed?" Gray ran over immediately, his voice trembling.

"I think so," Caesar said. "I've tried my best."

Natsu and Happy also came over and looked at Ur curiously.

Under their gaze, Ur trembled slightly, and the eyeball beneath her eyelids moved. Seeing this, Gray nearly jumped but covered his mouth tightly.

But his worry was unnecessary. Ur's movements grew louder. Her fingers twitched, eyelids fluttered, and finally, she opened her eyes.

Her mouth moved, and in a hoarse voice, she said, "You shouldn't have saved me... he's not dead yet."

Ur had been resurrected. Her soul had entered a new body, though she couldn't control it well. She was desperate—Dai Lyonra was free.

"Crack!"

A crisp shattering sound followed Ur's words. The ice trapping Dai Lyonla cracked.

In Gray's horrified eyes, the ice burst apart, and a terrifying roar echoed!

"Run!"

Ur struggled to stand, looked at Gray, and stretched out her hand.

At that moment, Gray seemed to let go of something.

"I've thought a lot these years."

Gray smiled at Ur and said, "I'll deal with my own mess. Ur, it's great to see you alive."

Then he rushed forward, took a stance, crossed his hands, and magic power burst out.

"Bang!"

Before he could begin, Caesar punched Gray on the head. The magic burst stopped instantly.

Gray squatted, holding the bump, a look of defeat on his face.

"That guy's stronger than an S-class monster. You two haven't even passed the S-class test. Get out."

Caesar picked Gray up and tossed him beside Natsu.

Then he said to Natsu: "Natsu, you and Happy take them and leave. This is mine."

"Can you handle it?" Natsu asked, helping Gray.

Caesar's lips curled into a faint smile. The sun poured down like a waterfall, bathing him in golden light. He looked like a war god.

The sunlight dispelled the cold blizzard. Caesar's magic burst out, powerful and overwhelming.

The air burned where he passed, snow melting into streams.

Caesar raised a finger and said in an arrogant tone: "Noon has arrived, and I am the only one in the world!"
