Chapter 15 - Best user

Arthur

"You don't want to do that." A spear of light was summoned in Azazel's hand, ready to launch his attack.

"And neither do you!" Barrabás on the other side recognized his enemies and also prepared for battle, the real insects being summoned by him.

The power demonstrated earlier was an illusion; this was the real deal.

"And why should we listen to you? Think about it, out of nowhere we find ourselves in a strange place with a random guy claiming victory. Who do you think would know anything? Who is hiding something?" I snorted with furrowed brows.

"I have the right to hide whatever I want to hide, you are in my domain now. As soon as I understand what the hell is going on, I will send you both away. Just wait quietly."

"That's not what it looks like..." Barrabás beside me was in a dark mood. "You were trying to do something before in a very anxious way, it doesn't seem to me that you are as powerful as you say."

"And another thing, what do you mean by sending us away? Do you think I don't know that we saw your precious little secret and you're going to try to get rid of us? I don't know who you are, but you'd better start begging for mercy before my patience runs out."

Shit! Shit!

This place still needs time to be rebuilt, it still takes time to have total control!

I silently manifested some of my powers, slowly trying to regain control of the situation. The fragments of the soul gathered and increased my power.

I need time!

"With your foul mouth and devilish stench, I might choose to get rid of you." My sharp eyes pierced deep into him.

"But honestly, I have better options. It would be too tiring to deal with both of you, so I'm willing to let you go in peace. Be grateful for that, brat!" I just waved my hand, expressing how bad this scenario would be for me.

"Oh, I think I understand what's going on, ahaha, that's interesting. A being made of information, in a micro dimension..." Azazel was muttering to himself, but every word that came out of his mouth gave me chills.

"If I understand correctly, you accidentally made a big mistake. You didn't foresee that touching and exciting the information of another living being could create a connection and attract them here, especially with a being who already has some power over it." I took a deep breath, I guess he's right.

"I'll tell you something interesting. Did you know that whenever you mention the names of gods, archangels, and satans, they listen? And you didn't just mention them, you recreated them! What reaction do you think that would have?" Azazel seemed increasingly intrigued by the current situation.

This was dangerous.

His boundless curiosity was dangerous.

Red tendrils began to surround me, my eyes flashed crimson. The power over lightning was now mine by right! And soon I would do the same to them.

"You're right, I made a mistake. But even so, I've created some interesting possibilities, don't you think, Azazel? There is now an open link to the souls of two of the most powerful beings in existence, and I just need to take advantage of it."

"I may not be able to move in the void, but if I grab you now, I can attack you. And I am absolutely certain that you would not be able to handle my attack. You may know a thing or two about the whys and wherefores, but you're still not like me." Under my feet, I manifested a metal platform.

My red lightning bolts whipped the ground and heated it with explosive power, my brain racing, increasing my reflexes to a superhuman level, my muscles exploding with power...

But I wasn't done yet.

I was more suited to this power than Sarkota ever was!

"What scientific nonsense! Enough of this! After I rip your arms off, you'll talk!" Barrabás ordered his insects to advance, anticipating my attack. Thousands of insects flew quickly, the sounds of their wings loud and painful.

A sonic attack coupled with an unstoppable physical attack.

Transforming the terrain once again, I turned it into gray, metallic sand that quickly rose up, forming a solid sphere around me.

Electromagnetism!

The fragment continued to expand continuously, recreating the world of the soul in a hostile environment full of sharp metal and heavy clouds.

With each passing moment, the rays became more powerful.

"Tsk!" Barrabás clicked his tongue angrily, the common insects soon collided with the structure without causing more than a few scratches. The magnetic sand seemed to form a solid and impenetrable structure.

"Don't think I'm done!" Then his hands waved in the air, the insects soon gathered once again. Countless insects soon merged like hot steel, giving rise to an even bigger monster.

A large chimera formed from insects advanced with its claws; there was no metal in the world that could stop it!

The metal sang on contact, sparks flying everywhere as the sphere fell apart.

"What, where is he?" Barrabás looked strangely at the empty structure as the metal world engulfed him too.

"He's right there." Azazel pointed behind Barrabás, who turned around quickly.

"Argh! You son of a bitch! I'll kill you!" A hole opened up where his eye should have been, piercing his entire head and burning his flesh. A small metal sphere had pierced through it, leaving a trail of electricity and heat.

"Interesting way to use those powers, you really are full of surprises." Barrabás would have noticed any simple feat of speed, but I didn't do that.

A few inches above the ground I floated, my steps propelled by the magnetic field. It allowed me to go faster than a bullet train.

Using this field to shoot was not difficult either.

The world never stopped expanding rapidly, swallowing Azazel and soon devouring the entire void.

"Die, you bastard!" Several chimeras were summoned and immediately advanced against me with total force! Their speed is capable of competing with mine.

But at this point, I just smiled with relief.

"Too slow, brat..." My hand reached out to the heavens, and in response, a reddish thunderbolt fell, the energy spreading throughout the surroundings, connecting heaven and earth.

The world is complete.

"The pain of dying the first time is always the worst, trust me." Lowering my hand, the thunder descended with it, a trail of destruction forming toward the boy still in shock and his beasts.

He screamed with all his might, desperate.

Fear filled his eyes.

His arms trembled as the blood stopped circulating, leaving him pale.

He tried to run away, but destruction caught up with him, pulverizing his body.

"One gone, now one left." However the connection was made, it was gone, and Barrabás would return to the real world.

Strangely enough though I knew where he had gone, I knew where his soul was.One day I'll kill him once and for all.

"What do I do with you now?" Azazel stood by, watching curiously, and soon made a suggestion.

"How about making a deal?" I smiled at the mention.
