(Just then the beauty contest starts and Brock is the announcer for it.)
(Brock announces.)
Brock: "Welcome, everybody, the Porta Vista Beach Beauty and Pokemon Costume Contest is about to begin! Now, here's our first contestant!"
(The curtains open and everyone begins to cheer to see Misty is on the stage wearing her swimsuit.)
(Misty waves as she walks on the stage and says.)
Misty; "This is totally embarrassing and degrading, but we need the money."
(Brock announces.)
Brock: "This is Misty, the lovely and talented Water Pokemon trainer. Who sure is making a big 'splash' here today. Now let's see the kind of Pokemon she and her Pokemon have created.
(Right on cute, it's Starmie with Squirtle sitting on it.)
(It's also wearing a space helmet.)
Brock: "Well, this is a very imaginative costume. It's Starmie and Squirtle dressed as Extra Terrestrial in their own flying saucer."
(Brock announces.)
(Squirtle then sprays a little shower of water in the air.)
(That makes the whole crowd cheer.)
Brock: "Great job, Misty!"
(Brock says.)
[Just then...]
(Jessie comes on to the stage, and she's wearing a blue bikini.)
Brock: "And here is Jessie from the Rocket Boosters?"
(Brock says.)
(Jessie laughs as she waves, and she says.)
Jessie: "I'll be the one taking this victory."
(Back stage, Mew and Misty groan with annoyed looks on their faces.)
Mew: "Should have known you'll do something like this."
(Mew says.)
Misty: "At least it's just Jessie on stage."
(Misty replies.)
(Zeraora turns to Mew and growls a bit.)
Misty: "What's he saying?"
(Misty asks.)
Mew: "He asked if they're the ones that the Professor told him about that's been giving us some trouble."
(Mew says.)
(Then turns to her dad,.)
Mew: "And yes, they are."
(On the announcement, Brock says.)
Brock: "And now we'll be seeing Pokemon of the Rocket Booster dressed as a Legendary Pokemon."
(The curtains open to reveal Ekans coiled on Koffing and have seaweed on it.)
(Confused and dumbfounded, Brock says.)
Brock: "Uh, I believe it is a costume of an Omanyte or an Omastar, and the Pokemon are Ekans and Koffing."
(Everyone calmly claps with confused looks on their faces.)
Gary: "That has to be the lamest costume I have ever seen."
(Gary says.)
(Brock then announces.)
Brock: "And here is our next contestant."
(The contestant is Mew who is now walking on the stage.)
(She waves with a smile on her face.)
Brock: "This is Mew, a young Pokemon Trainer from Pallet Town and is a good friend to all Pokemon. And let's see what costume her Pokemon come up with."
(Brock says.)
(Running out on the stage is Eevee dressed as a Kanto Ponyta and her Galarian Ponyta.)
(Pikachu and Scorbunny are dressed as cowboys and the Galarian Ponyta and Eevee are their steeds.)
Brock: "Wow! Talk about fun and creative. Here we have Pikachu and Scorbunny dressed as Cowboys, riding on a Galarian Ponyta and Eevee dressed as a Kanto Ponyta.
(Brock says.)
(Lots of the people and especially the girls are in awe to see the Pokemon having fun, especially how cute the four of them are.)
[Meanwhile...]
(Brutella is having a word with Team Rocket.)
Brutella: "I knew all along that you three were really from Team Rocket."
(Brutella says.)
(Soon, Team Rocket begins to panic.)
(Brutella says.)
Brutella: "I got your Gyarados submarine all fixed. But if you don't do exactly as I tell you, you'll have to pay plenty for it."
Team Rocket: "Okay,"
(Team Rocket says, nervously.)
(Brutella leads Team Rocket to the submarine that is in shallow water.)
(Brutella says.)
Brutella: "Now go wreck that beauty contest and destroy Moe's restaurant!"
James: "You can count on us! Destroying things is our specialty!"
(James says.)
Jessie: "We're so good, we destroy things without even trying!"
(Jessie says.)
(Meowth says.)
Meowth: "We'll give it our worst shot!"
(Then they all run off and say.)
Team Rocket: "Let's go!"
(Then Team Rocket hop inside the submarine.)
(Once inside, Jessie says.)
Jessie: "Alright, let's go!"
(She then quickly covers her mouth.)
Jessie: "Oop! She's rubbing off on me!"
(The submarine lowers and heads out to sea.)
(Brutella smirks to see Team Rocket leaving.)
(Back at the contest, Mew and the others meet backstage to talk to each other about the contest.)
Misty: "Well, I can't wait for the result."
(Misty says.)
Mew: "I do hope we win. We'll have more than enough money for Moe."
(Mew says.)
Brock: "I'm sure you'll both win this whole contest all the way."
(Brock says.)
[Soon...]
(Team Rocket's Gyarados sub reaches the surface and Jessie sees the view through the periscope.)
(Jessie laughs and says.)
Jessie: "Target sighted! Fifteen degrees right! Now we'll teach those tourists!"
James: "We'll scare the tans off them!"
(James adds.)
Meowth: "I can't wait till we crash their beach bash!"
(Meowth says.)
Jessie: "For once, I think we've really got a foolproof plan, don't you?"
(Jessie says.)
(Then James says.)
James: "There's no stopping us this time!"
(Underneath the sub, treads appear and the submarine rises to the surface.)
(Soon, everyone hears the screaming and panics saying a Gyarados is coming this way.)
(In the sub, Jessie laughs.)
Jessie: "Our plan is working!"
Meowth: "They're running scared!"
(Meowth says.)
(James adds.)
James: "It doesn't get better than this!"
(The submarine comes up to the surface and begins to chase everyone away, screaming and panicking.)
(Mew grabs the microphone and calls out.)
Mew: "Just stay calm, everybody! That thing's not a real Gyarados, it's a fake! It's a phony! It's just a phony Gyarados!"
[Soon...]
(everyone begins to stop and look to see that it is a fake.)
(Mew then says.)
Mew: "Team Rocket is trying to ruin the contest and scare everybody away! We're not gonna let 'em!"
(Gary smirks and knows what will come next.)
Professor Oak: "That's New for you."
(Professor Oak says.)
(Zeraora nods his head in reply.)
(In the sub, Team Rocket is not happy to see what Mew is doing.)
Jessie: "That twerp's ruining everything again! She sees right through our little smokescreen!"
(Jessie says.)
"James: Where there's smoke, there's..fire!"
(James says, and presses a button.)
(Then a missile flies out of the sub's mouth and right towards them.)
Brock: "It's heading this way!"
(Brock calls out.)
Gary: "So now what do we do?"
(Gary asks.)
Mew: "Stop it, what else,"
(Mew says.)
(Brock turns to Mew.)
Brock: "Mew, I think that looks like one of those heat-seeking missiles."
Mew: "No sweat! Charmander! Pidgeotto!"
(Mew calls out.)
(Pidgeotto and Charmander jump on the stage.)
(Pidgeotto picks Charmander and they fly in the air.)
(Mew then calls out.)
Mew: "Okay, Charmander! Use Flamethrower!"
(Soon Charmnader fires the flamethrower at the missile and it burns it.)
(Then the missile begins to aim at Team Rocket.)
(Team Rocket sees it and panics.)
Jessie: Prepare for trouble!
James: From the way things look, I think you can make that double!
Meowth: Meowth, that's right.
(The sub begins to zip away from the missile.)
(Jessie screams.)
Jessie: "Pedal harder! We can outrun it!"
Meowth: "Hurry up!"
(Meowth panics.)
(Team Rocket continues to pedal faster and faster as the missile is getting close to them.)
(Without seeing where they're going, Team Rocket smacks into Brutella's restaurant.)
(Seeing them coming this way, Brutella panics.)
Brutella: "Stay away! Don't come any closer! The bomb is right behind you!"
(Brutella sees them coming closer and she runs inside.)
(Soon, the submarine and the missile strike at the restaurant and blow it up.)
(And as usual, Team Rocket, and now Brutella is sent flying.)
(Team Rocket screams.)
Team Rocket: "We're blasting off again!"
(By the end of the day, and the contest, Misty ends up winning the beauty contest and Mew's Pokemon ends up winning the costume contest.)
(And thanks to the advertisement, they help Moe earn more than enough money to pay the repairs, pay off Brutella, and for him to live his life long dream.)
(Soon enough, Moe is sailing off on his boat.)
(Mew waves goodbye.)
Mew: "See ya, Moe!"
Misty: "Goodbye!"
(Misty says.)
Brock: "Thanks for everything!"
(Brock says.)
(Moe waves goodbye and says.)
Moe: "So long, kids! Goodbye, Pikachu and Eevee! And thanks for helping make my dream come true! I'll never forget you! Good luck on your Pokemon journey!
(Mew calls out.)
Mew: "Thanks, Moe! And good luck to you, too!"
(Everyone waves goodbye as they call out to Moe to see him off to explore the world.)
(Mew and the others soon meet with Professor Oak, Gary's family, and Zeraora.)
Mew: "We gotta get going too."
(Mew says.)
(Zeraora nods his head.)
(Mew walks to Zeraora and the two hug each other, that makes the other smile.)
(Mew and Zeraora let go of their embrace, and say their goodbyes.)
(Mew and her friends part ways and continue their journey.)
(Professor Oak turns to Zeraora.)
Professor Oak: "You should be very proud of Mew."
(Zeraora nods his head, and knows that he is very proud of her.)
(Mew and her friends continue to walk on the sand of Porta Vista and continue the next part of their journey.)
