(Mew and her friends arrive in Celadon City.)
(it's known as a great metropolis renowned both for its tall buildings and it's good scent.)
(Mew and her friends are amazed to find themselves in a large city.)
(Pikachu then sniffs.)
Pikachu: "Pika!" (Smell that!)
Eevee: "Eevee," (I do.)
(Eevee says.)
(Brock catches a whiff of it too.)
Brock: "Something smells heavenly!"
(Mew catches the scent too.)
Mew: "Me too. It smells nice."
Misty: "Perfume,"
(Misty confirms.)
(Soon, Brock begins to follow the scene.)
Mew: "Wait, Brock! Where are you going?!"
(Mew calls out.)
(Mew and the others follow Brock to see him having his face pressed against the window.)
Mew: "Who are you making faces at, Brock?"
(Mew asks.)
Brock: "My nose tells me that this is my kind of town!"
(Brock says.)
(They look inside to see the pretty girls in the store.)
(One of the girls say.)
The girl: "So, then he says 'maybe we can both go together.'"
Brock: "I think we should stay here a while,"
(Brock says, totally stuck in fantasy land.)
(Mew giggles and walks inside with Pikachu and Eevee.)
(She also notices Misty is already talking with the employees.)
(One of them says.)
employees: "This scent is one of our most popular. It's called, 'Daffodil Dream.'
(The employee sprays a bit on Misty's wrist, and she sniffs the scene.)
(She happily says.)
Misty: "It smells just like a garden."
(Misty looks to see Mew and says.)
Misty: "Hey Mew, come and smell this."
Mew: "Okay,"
(Mew says.)
(Mew sniffs the scent and sighs with a smile.)
Mew: "It's very nice. Like a field of flowers."
(Pikachu and Eevee sniff the scent as well and they happily like it.)
employee. "We're having a fragrance sale,"
(The other employee says.)
Misty: "How much does this one cost?"
(Misty asks.)
(Then turns to Mew.)
Misty: "You should get some too."
Mew: "I suppose. Adriana and Daisy did show me perfume, but I never have one of my own,"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "Why not get some for yourself. Even though you live with Pokemon. I girl gotta smell nice,"
(Misty says.)
Mew: "I suppose. But I'm not a perfume expert, so I wouldn't know which I should get,"
(Mew replies.)
???: "Would you like some help,"
(A female voice says.)
(The group turns their heads to see a young woman wearing a blur and red kimono with pink flower petals on it.)
(She has black hair in a bun with some yellow accessories and green eyes.)
The employee: "Hello Manager,"
(The employee says.)
Mew: "Hello ma'am. My name is Mew, and my Pokemon Pikachu and Eevee,"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "My name is Misty,"
(Misty says.)
(Suddenly, Brock comes over.)
Brock: "And I'm Brock, and I have to say you are very lovely and the performance in this shop smells just as sweet as you are. Maybe you and I can go out for lunch and talk about your sweetness."
(Confused, Mew asks.)
Mew: "Um Misty, do you think the perfume made him act even more goofy with girls?"
Misty: "I don't know about perfume, but Brock is acting goofier than usual,"
(Misty says.)
(The manager giggles in reply.)
(Then asks.)
???: "So what brings you to Celadon City?"
Mew: "We're heading to the Celadon City Gym, and I plan on competing for a gym badge there,"
(Mew says.)
???: "Really now,"
(Erika replies.)
Mew: "Yeah. We just caught the scent of the performance and came over. I think they're really nice, it's like you got every flower scent in here,"
(Mew says.)
???: "Thank you for the compliment. If you like I can help finish your purchase and then we can head to the gym so we can have our battle."
(The manager says.)
(Mew and the others soon become confused.)
(The manager smiles and says.)
Erika: "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Erika. I'm not just the manager of the perfume shop, but I'm all the Grass Type Pokemon Gym Leader."
(This really catches Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee by surprise, even Brock and Misty are surprised.)
Mew: "You're the Grass Pokemon Gym Leader?"
(Mew asks, surprised.)
(Meanwhile, Team Rocket is up for another one of their schemes.)
(Jessie and James place a ladder on the side of the building that is close to a window.)
(Then climb up.)
(Meowth looks around and says.)
Meowth: "Hmmm. Looks like the coast is clear."
(Jessie climbs up the ladder as she says.)
Jessie: "Once we sneak inside, we'll steal the secret formula to their perfume. Then I'll be as irresistible as Cleopatra."
James: "I'll sell the formula and make myself zillions of bucks. That's enough money to buy my own country or my own planet even"
(James adds, dreaming about money.)
(Then Meowth says.)
Meowth: "fantasizing food, Or nine lifetime supplies of cat grub."
(Soon, Team Rocket is able to sneak inside the building to steal the item they seek.)
Jessie: "That secret formula's got to be hidden around here somewhere,"
(Jessie says.)
(Soon, Team Rocket begins to search for it.)
Jessie: "Hmm, now where could it be?"
(Jessie adds, looking around.)
(Suddenly, he pushes one of the leaves and begins to panic in fright.)
(James comes over and asks.)
James: "What is it?"
Meowth: "Hey look,"
(Meowth replies.)
(Soon, they end up seeing a Gloom that is staring at them.)
Meowth: "What's a Gloom going here?"
(Meowth asks.)
James: "Taking a nap, I think,"
(James says, reading his hand out to it.)
(James moves his hand back and forth to try and get its attention, but Gloom isn't moving at all.)
(Soon, Gloom's eyes open and says.)
Gloom: "Gloom," (Hello.)
(Suddenly, Team Rocket panics as they fall back.)
(Jessie panics.)
Jessie: "James, you woke it up!"
(James throws his Pokeball and calls out.)
James: "Go, Koffing! Poison Gas Attack, now!"
(Koffing comes out of its Pokeball and sprays Poison Gas all over Gloom.)
(However, Gloom isn't affected at all.)
(Instead, Gloom sucks up all the Poison Gas into its mouth leaving Team Rocket dumbfounded.)
Jessie: "That Gloom just sucked up all of Koffing's gas!"
(Jessie says, shocked.)
(James is shocked as well.)
James: "I can't believe it."
Gloom: "Gloom," (There.)
(Gloom says.)
(Soon, Team Rocket is scared.)
Gloom: "Gloom Gloom," (Here's your gas back.)
(Gloom says.)
(Then sprays out a gas of her own and shouts.)
Gloom: "Gloom!"
(The gas is actually Gloom's smell and it sprays across the area.)
(The smell is too much for Koffing to handle so it passes out.)
(The smell soon reaches Team Rocket who are disgusted by the smell.)
Jessie: "It smells terrible!"
(Jessie yelps, covering her nose.)
(James is also disgusted.)
James: "It smells like old sneakers mixed with some rotten eggs, and dead fish with just a hint of skunk fumes."
(The smell is so terrible that Jessie and James feel like shattering to pieces.)
(Even Meowth is having trouble standing it.)
(The next moment, each of the Team Rocket Members are smacked on the head with a mallet.)
(The mallet is from one of the three girls that appear on the scene wearing gas masks.)
(One of them says.)
The girl: "That stopped them."
(One removes her mask to reveal herself having blue hair and orange eyes.)
(Then she says.)
The girl: "Gym rules, no thiefs allowed!"
(The girl then stamps their faces with red X.)
(Soon, Team Rocket finds themselves tied up and are hanging on the tree like Kakunas.)
(Meowth panics.)
Meowth: "Hey! Hey me down! Get me out of here!"
(Then swings to Jessie and James.)
Meowth: "You two clowns better get me out of this tree!"
(Jessie becomes angry and tries to kick him.)
Jessie: "Don't tell me what to do, you little hairball! I know what I'm doing!"
(James then looks ahead.)
James: "Look over there, it's the twerps!"
(Jessie and Meowth look ahead to see Mew and her friends are walking inside the gym with Erika.)
(She has changed her outfit and removed the wig.)
(Now she is wearing a green dress with white socks and red shoes, and her hair is blue.)
Mew: "Thank you for helping us with our purchase, Erika,"
(Mew says.)
Erika: "It's my pleasure,"
(Erika says.)
Mew. "It's amazing that even though you're a gym leader, you are able to run a store,"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "Well, my sisters perform synchronized swimming and they run a gym,"
(Misty says.)
Mew: "That's true,"
(Mew says.)
(The group then walks inside the gym.)
Meowth. "What are they doing here?"
(Meowth asks.)
Jessie: "Up for getting another badge huh. Maybe we can use this to our advantage,"
(Jessie says, having an idea in mind.)
James: "But how do we get down?"
(James asks.)
Jessie: "I'm thinking!"
(Jessie scolds.)
(Soon enough, Mew and the others arrive in the gym, and are amazed to see so many different trees and plants here.)
Misty: "Wow, the gym looks like a forest."
(Misty says.)
Brock: "Yeah. A perfect place for Water Pokemon,"
(Brock says.)
(Mew then turns to Erika.)
Mew: "Can we let some of our Pokemon out? I'm sure plenty of my Pokemon, especially my Grass Pokemon will love it here."
Erika: "Of course,"
(Erika says.)
Mew: "Alright, come out everyone,"
(Mew says, and tosses her Pokeball.)
(She lets out Teddiursa, Cleffa, Axew, Shaymin, Bulbasaur, Roserade. Weedle, Bounsweet, Ponyta, Ledyba, Skitty, Flabébé, and Cutiefly.)
(Misty and Brock decide to release their Pokemon.)
(Misty releases Oddish, Sobble. Wingull, and Surskit.)
(Brock releases Rattata, Hoppip, Sneasel, Rockruff, and Grookey.)
(Seeing a large group, Erika says with a smile.)
Erika: "My, you sure have a lot of Pokemon with you."
(Then notices some of the Pokemon.)
Erika: "And some of them are from different regions."
(Then one of the employees notices Shaymin.)
the employee: "Oh my gosh, she has a Shaymin. It's so cute."
other employee: "And she has a Bounsweet, Roserade and a white Flabébé,"
(The other employee says.)
(Mew blushes a little to see the attention she and her Pokemon are getting.)
